Where were you born, where did you grow up? I was born in Ogden Utah and lived in Alaska until I was ten. We then moved to upstate New York and that’s where I did most of my growing up. How long have you been in real estate and what got you into it? I got my real estate license in 2001 in Salt Lake City Utah. My uncle is a real estate guru. He and my mother encouraged me to give it a shot. I did and have been doing it ever since. What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? The love of my life is Landon. He is 18 months old and if I could I would spend all of my time with him. I have 2 dogs, who are also my babies. Between them and everything else in life I enjoy traveling and site seeing. I love to learn new things and am always looking for new and fun places to go. I am really looking forward to showing Landon all the wonders of the world.

What living person do you most admire? I would have to say my mother. She is the person who drives me when I lose focus and she always makes sure I am living up to my potential. If you could go anywhere in the world for a week, where would you go and why? I would go to Rome or Paris because of all the history. I am very intrigued by all of the amazing historical buildings. Plus who doesn’t want to go there someday?! What tip would offer someone buying/selling real estate in this market? Buyers should know that foreclosures and short sales are not necessarily the best priced homes on the market. Sellers are pricing their homes based on what has sold and often times the homes that are being compared are bank owned. Sellers have to price their home accordingly in order for it to sell. Tell us what you value about living in North Central Washington? Since I have lived in other parts of the country I can honestly say that Washington has it all. We have mountains, rivers, lakes, lots of outdoor recreation potential here. It is a beautiful place to live and I feel lucky to be in such a great part of the state.
