Do you prefer snow skiing or water skiing? Both! I Snowboard more than the others but would love to have the time to do it all. What advice would you give to someone buying or selling a home in 2012? The market seems to have stabilized and according to local reports, the number of residences sold this year has increased an astounding 30% from last year. I wish I had a crystal ball but indicators are pointing towards it being a smart time to invest in Real Estate.
