Herts Musical Memories Founded in 2017 to continue the important Singing for the Brain service originally provided by the Alzheimer’s Society, they are committed to providing stimulating music sessions where families can share happy and moving moments together in a fun and relaxed environment. You don’t have to be a great singer, the aim is to socialise, have fun and enjoy group singing in a safe and friendly environment. Sessions incorporate gentle seated exercise to music, voice and breathing exercises, an eclectic mix of songs, simple rounds and partner songs. There is time before to have a chat over a cuppa.
