SPA & WELLNESS CENTER PROJECT INFORMATION YEAR: 2022 LOCATION: 377 W 11th Street, New York, NY TYPE: Wellness Center SCALE: 13,400 SF
The goal of the Floatation Center is to create a sense-less experience that brings out inner harmony and reflection. Allows the client to be free from the effect of gravity and the outside world in a short amount of time. Inspired by the anti-gravitational connection of traveling in space, the facility imitates the experience that will ultimately create deep relaxation, repair, and restoration of the body and mind.

Each individual treatment room features the progression of moon eclipse. The choice of finishes are inspired by the color scheme of the Saturn Planet.
NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC OFFICE OFFICE DESIGN
The working office for National Geographic consists spaces that serves variety of functions: medium and large conference rooms, touch-down areas, open working stations, and a lounge/bar which allows employees to work in a flexible, and collaborative manner. The main concept is to be surrounded by the jungle with the awareness of rainforest conservation the company holds. The use of natural materials and sci-fi movie inspired elements, with the implementation of LED panels, creates an experience of wonder and advanture.

Motion sensor controls are implemented throughout the space to be energy efficient. Lighting control is important in workspace design for enhancing work productivity and concentration. Control lighting can be changed from cooler color temperature to warmer color temperature between daytime to nighttime, acts as a way to regulate circadian rhythm. Dimmer switches are also implemented on individual work desks for personalization.

Spotify Headquarter is a dynamic space that is designed based on the rhythmic feeling of music. Inspired by the forms of a soundwave, the office provides variety of activity spaces that gives the user a fun, unforgettable experience of music unlike any typical office space.

EAST KITCHEN LUXURY KITCHEN DESIGN
The East Kitchen is inspired by ancient gold leaf art from East Asia, with a special implementation of Korean barbeque grill bringing culture and authenticity to the luxury kitchen. Choices of finishes and color palette are integrated to keep a balance, calm, yet elegant with the rich golden art piece standing in the center as the focal point.
