Val M. Tate Val fuels the resident leadership pipelines for Indianapolis communities via the Learning and Development Department of INRC. Through Facilitation, Training and Coaching, Val strengthens the capacity of neighborhood based organizations and resident leaders to mobilize existing assets, support grassroots leadership and foster collaboration.
