Note from the Founder Growing up in Stratford, North Carolina, I’ve grown to love all the precious little flowers sprouting from the ground during spring time. When I moved to New York when I was eighteen to attend the University of New York, I started making little fabric flowers to brighten up my dorm room, especially around the time of the harsh winters. Later on, I’ve decided to share my flowers with family and friends, and eventually to anyone who’s interested in my creations through Posy.

This fall, I am proud to introduce a new line of products that would be a great addition to my original collection. From eco friendly mood brighteners to genuine charmers, these products are all designed and crafted to add delicate details to everyday lives that can’t be missed. I hope that POSY can bring warmth and joy to you and your close ones. Enjoy!

Material One of the most important ingredients to our creations is the material. We have a big accumulation of fabric, from vintage to modern, delicate to durable, all of which I have collected over the years from many different places. We also import textiles from the top fabric wholesale factories in the country that provide us with top quality material. I also hand pick everything in person, making sure that it’s perfect and ready to be turned into beautiful flowers.

Finding the right fabric is a an art in itself. A lot of elements are carefully considered when I am choosing the right fabric, such as the feel, weight, durability, and history. This season, we have begun to explore recycled fabric to support sustainability. After researching and browsing through many textile store, we’ve found the perfect recycled fabric that has a beautiful natural speckle tone and at the same time, soft to touch. We also explored fabric dying and applied beautiful tints to the textile. The result was a success and contributed to the color scheme of this season’s products.

With some creativity and passion, we can turn these little gems into many different usages. posy is glad to work with you to design a product that tailor to your desires. Besides that, most of our flowers can be turn into flower bouquets or little posies for any occasion. We can work with you to create your desired arrangements or even take full control on design to create unique, one-of-a-kind arrangements. Posy also transforms beautifal fabric into interactive objects that create a point of focus, where memories are made and a spontaneous collaboration with the viewer is sparked.
