Nicholas Baldecchi
Head Women’s Volleyball Coach / Assistant Men’s Volleyball Coach
Nick joins Wentworth in a dual role as head women’s volleyball and assistant men’s volleyball coach. He most recently coordinated the startup of a women’s volleyball program at Highland Community College in Kansas. He has also served in coaching roles for collegiate, club, and high school programs.
Barry Bell
Assistant Baseball Coach
Barry is in his first season as an Assistant Coach at Wentworth. He was previously an assistant coach at UMass Boston working with infielders and hitters. Coach Bell has over 30 years of baseball coaching experience. He has coached at all different levels, including travel baseball, high school and multiple amateur baseball leagues.
Alfred Coppola
Success Studio Coordinator
As Success Studio Coordinator, Alfred welcomes people to the Success Studio. The coordinator helps students connect with resources and supports the staff on various processes and projects. He’ll also manages the spaces and coordinate the schedule for our conference room.

Andrew McDonald
Police Officer
Officer McDonald comes to Wentworth from the Lynnfield Police Department where he worked as a Police Officer. He’ll be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of students, staff, faculty, visitors, and WIT property through the efficient use of police department resources.
