ittle Crow golf course has been a part of the Spicer – New London community for 50 years. We are celebrating our 50th anniversary, and continuing to strive to be one of the premier places to golf and dine in western Minnesota. This golf course started out as a small-town 9 hole golf course, and then shortly after expanded to 18 holes. Then in 2000, Little Crow looked toward the future of the golf course, and made it a mission to serve the people in this area with another 9 holes. Now with 27 beautiful holes, this golf course is one of the most beautiful golf courses on the west side of Minnesota. Every nine offers you a new challenge. The Willows is a par-36 course at 3,077 yards. It features five holes that make club selection key. With dog-legs and water hazards, the Willows will test your skills with shot shaping and accuracy. The Pines is a par-36 course at 3,151 yards. It features Little Crow’s longest par 5 and our shortest par 4 on the property. This nine is our most challenging nine, and will test your skills with shot placement and difficult approaches.

The Oaks is a par-36 course at 3,260 yards, making it our longest nine. With trees lining the fairways and more unforgiving features, you will find this course testing the longer clubs in your bag. After your round, swing into the Little Crow Tavern and Grille to enjoy some beautiful views on the patio and some delicious meals and cold beverages. We have a 27 hole golf course that is one of the best maintained courses in all of Minnesota. We recently built a new golf shop, restaurant, and an outstanding outdoor patio that presents area patrons an opportunity to enjoy a great night out with family and friends. We are committed to providing to the entire public a chance to experience one of the most challenging and exciting rounds of golf within 100 miles. As a steel distributor, West Central Steel purchases steel from steel mills throughout the country by the truckload, railcar or barge load. Then sells the steel to manufacturers and fabricators in the five-state area. Many times, the steel is delivered the next day. West Central Steel’s parts processing capabilities include saw, torch, plasma and laser cutting for both flat and three-dimensional steel shapes. In addition to cutting, parts can be formed with press brakes capable of bending steel up to 1 inch thick at 30 feet wide. In 2018, the company opened the largest expansion yet with an 85,000 square foot parts processing facility. The new facility contains cutting edge technology to save customers time and money. As an example, a manufacturer recently saved over 1,000 production hours by having West Central Steel use its automated equipment to drill and tap over 40 holes, that they were putting in by hand, on parts that were 7-foot by 10-foot and 1-inch thick.
