From the Desk of Mayor Paul Gattuso I would like to send a heartfelt shout out to Paula Saraceno !!! Happy 90th Birthday Paula Saraceno!! For Paula’s birthday, the Westchester Fire and Police graciously led a parade of almost 100 cars filled with family and friends from near and far (Westchester to Wisconsin).
