It’s time for some fresh, positive energy. I have hands-on experience in agriculture, business development, retail and hospitality, and active involvement in sport and community groups. I have held industry leadership roles involving corporate and financial management at local, state and national levels. History shows us that you don’t need Council experience to be a good leader.

I am local, I am experienced and I will deliver. I am ready to lead the Western Downs Regional Council to build a region alive with opportunity and I’d like everyone to be part of this journey.

I am standing for Council because I believe I can make a difference and will ensure your opinions are heard in the Council. I am motivated by the challenges we face and see the need to:

Maintain the living standards and health of our community with the downturn in the energy sector. Gain government support to maintain and upgrade our infrastructure. Act on flood mitigation works. Develop a viable tourism industry. To engage local business in the development of our region. Have an open and honest council.

We have a great community and we deserve great representation.
