FUNDRAISING POLICY AND PROCEDURES
1. The sole purpose of all fundraisers will be to raise money for classes, extra-curricular activities, and club activities. 2. An application (Form A) must be submitted for each fundraising activity to the Dean of Students for approval. This applies to all fundraisers by any Western Mennonite School group on or off school grounds. 3. A group may have no more than three fundraisers in any school year, each with a duration of no more than twenty (20) school days unless special permission is granted by the Dean of Students. 4. Only one fundraiser will be allowed at a time school-wide unless the type of fundraiser is different enough to not affect each other. This will allow maximum support from our community for each fundraiser. 5. Outside organizations will not be allowed to hold fundraisers in the school during the school day for any reason. All fundraisers on campus must benefit Western Mennonite School. Fundraisers for charity are exempt. 6. All items purchased to facilitate the fundraiser must be approved by the Dean of Students. 7. Each fundraiser must have an adult advisor. The adviser for any fundraiser must submit a report (Form B) to Corey Hosler in the Business Office within five (5) days of the end of the activity detailing the financial aspects of the fundraiser. Failure to do so may result in denial of future fundraisers.
