PARENT GUIDE TO CLASS FORECASTING February 17/18, all students (grades 7 -11) will be doing Class Forecasting for the 2015-2016 school year during their Bible classes. Here are a few ideas of how you can help your student be better prepared for this event: Take time to look over the course
options and share your parental advice and preferences with your student. Talk to your student about his or
her academic workload this year. Was it too easy? Add some challenge next

your student circle all the courses that he or she has completed in grades 8 and up (high school credit) and also look ahead at future school years. Have your student (grades 9-11)
look at his or her College Board Account and review the AP Potential section to see which AP courses for which he or she is well prepared. Make this time a fun and relaxing
family moment to inspire your student to consider future career and college options in the context of selecting classes to enhance his or her talents.
