In addition to top quality apparel at great prices, G.G.C. Trading Corp. also offers a wide range of marketing, sales support services in addition to top quality apparel at great prices. Through our in-house staff, strategic alliances, service partners and skilled professional on retainer, we can provide an extraordinary array of services at a very reasonable cost. Beginning in 1998, G.G.C. trading began to migrate our services to the internet. We are continually upgrading those internet services to provide greater coordination from concept & design, through manufacturing and distribution. Our expanded internet capacities allow us to customize any of our processes to meet the specific needs of the Sonic Corp. The general rule is that we can provide as much or as little support as required by Sonic Corp. For example: We can create a secure on-line catalog which is accessible through our tcc-collection.com site, sonicdrivein.com or through Sonic Corp.’s corporate intranet site. These connections would allow orders to be placed on-line by an authorized person from each store. The orders would be distributed automatically through our system to notify the account representative, the distributor (for same-day shipping), accounting, and provide an immediate order confirmation number to the store. The data will be collected in our database on our secure servers and can be used to generate daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or yearly reports. These reports are able to track the activity at a single store, or by state or region. All of this reporting will be customized to meet Sonic Corp.’s requirements. Payments and credits will be handled through Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). This process responds to electronic Purchase Orders or Digital Invoices on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. The final result of EDI is a pre-authorized electronic transfer of funds between accounts. Duplicate records of these transfers are provided to all necessary parties automatically. 1. How we will handle staffing requirements for Sonic Corp.’s order entry and order processing. G.G.C. will provide at least one dedicated account representative to the Sonic Corp. account. This representative will have a dedicated tollfree line and fax directed to their office. This office will be manned from 9 am to 5 pm Eastern Standard Time. Additionally, there will be 24-7 customer service available through our internet site. Store personnel will be able to track orders through the Order number or track their store’s activity through their account number. Although much of the e-mail response will be automated, live “Real-time” interactive e-mail operators will be available.

How we will handle staffing requirements for Sonic Corp.’s order entry and order processing... on a store-by-store basis. All order taking and invoicing will be electronic through our internet site. Each store will be asked to have one (1) person authorized for that location. Each store will be assigned a specific log-in name and each person authorized to place an order will manage their own password access. We have many levels of security to ensure that only authorized personnel can place orders. (Each log-in and password is associated with a specific location, therefore orders not only have to come from the authorized person, but must also come the same computer terminal. Passwords automatically expire every 30 days.)
