CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
By entering these premises you agree to comply with the following conditions.
You will:
(a) provide your member card (if appropriate), proof of identity and age and evidence of your residential address, at any time requested by us;
(b) comply with all directions given to you by representatives of West HQ;
(c) comply with our Dress Code and Cloaking Requirements (available at www.westhq.com.au);
(d) be responsible for your own personal possessions and must not leave them unattended at any time;
(e) neither possess nor use illegal or prohibited substances or be under the influence of an illegal or prohibited substance;
(f) not solicit or, attempt to sell or distribute any goods;
(g) comply with any bag check, metal detection scans or other security request;
(h) not bring into the premises any food or beverages (including alcohol) from outside the venue;
(i) not bring into the premises any pets, with the exception of a licensed guidance or assistance animal.
You acknowledge and agree that West HQ may refuse you entry or ask you to leave the premises in its absolute discretion, including where:
(a) your behaviour represents a breach of the Registered Clubs Act 1976 (NSW), Liquor Act 2007 (NSW), the Gaming Machines Act 2001 (NSW) (or any other legislation that governs the operations of the venue or any licence conditions imposed by Liquor & Gaming NSW) or the Constitution of West HQ;
(b) you fail to comply with our directions and the Conditions of Entry (which includes our Dress Code and Cloaking Requirements);
(c) you cause a disturbance, or engage in behaviour that interferes with the enjoyment of or risks the safety of other members or guests;
(d) you attempt to bring in weapons, laser pointers, banners, fireworks or any other items considered offensive or dangerous;
(e) you take unsolicited photos of others or film in licensed or restricted areas;
(f) you leave a child/children unattended in the premises or in your vehicle;
(g) you breach the terms of a Self-Exclusion Agreement; or
(h) you or your attendance at the venue represents a breach of the OMCG Multi Venue Barring Agreement of the Mt Druitt Liquor Accord.
You acknowledge that:
(a) surveillance cameras are active at all times; and
(b) smoking (including vaping) is not permitted indoors or within 4 metres of the entrance.

DRESS CODE
A minimum standard of smart casual attire, footwear and personal hygiene is required at all times.
Acceptable attire :
• neat, clean and occasion appropriate clothing (which includes sleeveless tops) and footwear;
• workwear (provided that is it not torn, dirty or displaying official positions that may cause confusion with West HQ uniforms or representatives ); and
• headwear for religious or medical reasons only (provided it does not cover the face) and special occasions as determined by West HQ (eg. Melbourne Cup)
Unacceptable attire:
• torn or dirty clothing;
• swimwear or sleepwear;
• bare feet;
• helmets;
• sleeveless/singlet tops that gape under arm;
• sporting boots or studded boots or belts;
• offensive slogan or images (whether on clothing or tattoos);
• revealing, provocative or immodest clothing; and
• OMCG or gang emblems or colours
The interpretation of the Dress Code will be at the sole discretion of West HQ.
C LOAKING REQUIREMENTS
West HQ promotes cloaking of larger items (backpacks, knapsacks, luggage) at main entry foyers.
Note : Food items and alcohol cannot be brought into the venue and will not be cloaked.
