The promotion is open to non-members who are over the age of 18 years (“eligible participants”) and who are willing to complete the required ONE55 registration documents.
The offer Visitors, after completing the PEQ, can take up a a three day trial pass which allows them to access all facilities, and to make as many visits as they wish, over the course of three CONSECUTIVE days.
Terms & Conditions
General Terms
1. Eligible participants must provide full contact details as per the ONE55 sign-up process, including completion of the Pre-Exercise Questionnaire (PEQ). These details will be retained by ONE55.
2. The pass is only valid for three days running consecutively from the date issued (which is Day 1 of the 3)
3. The holder can use all facilities and on as many occasions as they wish during the three days.
4. The holder agrees to be contacted at the end of the trial period for feedback and an offer of membership.
5. ONE55 reserves the right to cancel the trial pass if our Terms & Conditions of Entry are not adhered to.
1. All decisions of ONE55 and West HQ are final.
2. Passes cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged for any other object, cash amount or value Applicants must be 18 years and over.
3. ONE55 / West HQ reserves the right to verify the validity of applicants (including but not limited to identity and age). If a customer cannot provide suitable proof of identification then we reserve the right to issue no pass.
4. Entry is deemed to be acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
5. A record of all passes issued will be kept.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to capture & use photographs or video with the pass users image for promoting & advertising ONE55
7. If for any reason this promotion is unable to run as stated above the Promoter reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions to proceed in the fairest way possible with the least disruption.
8. ONE55 / West HQ reserves the right to cancel or alter this promotion at any time (such as in the case of unforeseen circumstances outside our reasonable control), subject to compliance with any Fair-Trading guidelines. ONE55 / West HQ’s decision in connection with any aspect of this offer will be binding and final
9. Any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in the immediate disqualification of any entrant. Disqualification will be at ONE55’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into; all decisions are final.
