Drawn every half hour starting from ‘Draw Time’ listed above.
Only current financial members of West HQ who are over the age of 18 years may enter this promotion.
1. A member can receive their entry ticket(s) by swiping their West HQ Loyal card at the promotion terminals between 7pm9.30pm located in West HQ on the draw night.
2. The member must then place their entry ticket(s) into the designated barrel to be entered into the draw.
3. The member will receive the following amount of entry ticket(s) depending on their West HQ Loyal tier.
How to Play
Draw 1
1. Swiping opens at 7pm
2. At 7.30pm, the first draw will commence.
3. The Promotional compere will draw ONE (1) ticket from the draw barrel.
4. The Promotional Compere will announce the winner over the Public Address System.
5. The Winner will have Four (4) minutes to present themselves to the promotion compere.
6. If the winning member does not present themselves within the 4-minute period, the Compere will do a re-draw.
7. If the Member presents themselves within the Four (4) minute period, they will win $500 Cash Prize.
Draw 2 -4
8. At 8pm, the second draw will commence.
9. The Promotional Compere will repeat steps 2-6 with the prize value increasing by $250.
10. This process will be repeated every half hour until the final draw at 9.30pm.

11. At 9.30pm, the Final draw will commence.
12. The Compere will repeat steps 2-4.
13. If the member does not present themselves within the 4minute period, the Compere will continue to do a re-draw until a winner is found.
14. The final winner of the draw will win the $1,500 Cash Prize.

General Terms and Conditions
1. All decisions of West HQ (and its representatives) are final.
2. ‘Tutti Frutti’ promotions are contracted by West HQ to run, compere and staff the promotion.
3. Winning tickets will be placed back into the barrel per each promotion date for members to have extra chances to win.
4. This promotion is only open to West HQ members over 18 years of age.
5. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged for any other object, cash amount or value, unless authorized by the Promoter.
6. West HQ accepts no responsibility for any additional costs associated with winning any prizes, other than stated in these Terms and Conditions.
7. West HQ reserves the right to:
a) Verify the validity of entries (including but not limited to, the Eligible Member’s identity and age). If a Winner cannot provide suitable proof of identification at the time of the draw, the Winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered; and
b) Reject any entry ticket that is illegible, has been tampered with or is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; and
c) Disqualify any Member that has not acted in good faith and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
d) Entry into the competition is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
8. A record of all Winners will be kept.
9. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other material relating to this competition, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
9. The Promoter reserves the right and license to use a selected entrant’s name, suburb, photograph, image, and likeness for the purpose of promoting and advertising West HQ
10. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to the NSW Fair Trading and winners' names will be published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.
11. The Competition is not open to patrons excluded from the venue pursuant to the provisions of the Office of Liquor & Gaming or who are otherwise excluded.
12. Subject to law, the Promoter (including its employees, agents, and contractors) has no liability to any person for injury (including death), loss or damage whatsoever howsoever arising in connection with this Competition (including the awarding, condition, use or misuse of the prizes). This clause does not apply to the extent that West HQ liability (if any) arises from an act or omission of West HQ in respect of its supply of services and/or goods to the prize winner in the ordinary course of West HQ’s business.
13. If for any reason this competition is unable to run as stated above due to technical/printing errors etc., the Promoter reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions to run this in the fairest way possible with the least disruption.
14. If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a suitable alternative of equal value.
15. The Promoter’s decision in connection with any aspect of this Competition will be binding and final on every entrant.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or alter this Competition at any time (such as in the case of unforeseen circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control), subject to compliance with any Fair-Trading guidelines.
17. Any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in the immediate disqualification of any entrant.
18. Disqualification will be at the Promoter’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
