How to enter
1. No action is required to enter other than to be an active financial member of the West HQ Loyal rewards program at 9am on the date of each standard draw
2. If there are no winners in the main draw, then members should swipe their West HQ Loyal Card in the Wymac promotional terminal between 9pm and 9.45pm to enter the consolation draw. Please note that NO Tickets can be purchased; visitors do not receive any tickets.
3. For any $20k JACKPOT NIGHT entry will be by swiping at the Wymac terminal between 5pm to 9:45pm
4. In the event that the promotional terminals are not working, members will need to see the compere and membership names and numbers will be written down on a ticket log.

How to play (game
format & rules)
STANDARD DRAW NIGHT
The “promotion” starts at 5.00pm when the compere will start announcing the Members Badge Draw (starting in 15 minutes) and Deal or No Deal later in the evening – there is no activity required at this time, merely warming people up.
At 5 15pm the first draw will take place from a virtual barrel of all eligible West HQ members, and be announced across the PA system with 4 minutes for the winner to come forward and claim their prize (as detailed in Draw Times).
In the event that the prize is successfully claimed, they will be able to collect the cash upon production of their members card, and signing the winners paperwork. The compere will then announce that the Members Badge Draw has been won for this week and is closed.
If the prize is not claimed the compere will announce that the next draw for the Members Badge Draw prize is in 60 minutes time, so stay around.
The compere will repeat this process at 5 45; 6 15; 6.45; 7.15; 7.45; 8.15; and 8.45.
At the end of Draw 8 (8.45pm) if the $5k prize is not won, then the first announcement is that we will now hold a consolation draw to win $1k at 9.45. All members should scan their WHQ Loyal Card at the Wymac and enter the printed ticket to the marked barrel. Secondly announce that next week’s prize will be $1k higher than this week i.e in Week 2 it will be $6k, Week 3 $7k and so until it reaches $20k (assuming it isn’t won).
The draw will be made from all the Wymac tickets in the barrel at 9.45pm which means it should go to a member who is present. Re-draws will take place after minutes to ensure the prize is awarded.
If the jackpot amount rises to $20k and it is not won in the $20k week then the draw will go into a JACKPOT DRAW in the following week which will replace the regular Members Badge Draw (after which it will reset to $5k and start over again).

In the JACKPOT DRAW week the $20k WILL be given away. There will be a total of six draws (as stated below) and the tickets will be generated by swiping through the Wymac with entries going to a virtual barrel draw. The number of entries will be related to tier as follows:

General Terms and Conditions
1. All decisions of West HQ management (and its representatives) are final.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents 18 years and over who are current financial members of West HQ and who are in possession of a valid West HQ Loyal Card.
3. The following persons (and their immediate families) are not eligible to participate in or win the promotion:
a. West HQ Directors, employees or auditors.
b. Officers, executives or any staff of suppliers or contractors to the club, who are directly involved in any aspect of the promotion.
c. Persons whose usual place of work is within premises owned or leased by West HQ who are employed by any of the contractors, licensees, or lessees of West HQ and.
d. Persons employed by any other supplier or contractor of West HQ who at or about the time of a particular draw, or during the entry period for the promotion, are on the West HQ premises in that capacity as an employee.
e. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, former de-factor spouse child, stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, sibling, step sibling, grandparent or grandchild.

staff the stated promotion.
5. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged for any other object, cash amount or value, unless authorized by the Promoter.
6. West HQ accepts no responsibility for any additional costs associated with winning any prizes, other than stated in these Terms and Conditions.
7. West HQ reserves the right to:
a. Verify the validity of entries (including but not limited to, the Eligible Member’s identity and age). If a winner cannot provide suitable proof of identification at the time of the draw, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered; and
b. Reject any entry ticket that is illegible, has been tampered with or is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; and
c. Disqualify any Member that has not acted in good faith and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
8. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
9. A record of all Winners will be kept.
10. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other material relating to this competition, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
11. If a bank transfer is required, the winner has the responsibility to give correct bank details once prize is won. West HQ will not take any responsibility if any errors occur from the winner.
12. The Promoter reserves the right and license to use a selected entrant’s name. suburb, photograph, image, and likeliness for the purpose of promoting and advertising West HQ.
13. Subject to Legislation, West HQ is not authorized to issue cash after 10pm. Any draws announced at 10pm or afterwards will prevent the winner from collecting their cash prize. Furthermore, the individual must retrieve their money the following business day
14. Entrant’s personal information may be disclosed to the NSW Fair Trading and winners’ names will be published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.
15. The Competition is not open to patrons excluded from the venue pursuant to the provisions of the Office of Liquor & Gaming or who are otherwise excluded.
16. Subject to law, the Promoter (including its employees, agents, and contractors) has no liability to any person for injury (including death), loss or damage whatsoever howsoever arising in connection with this Competition (including the awarding, condition, or misuse of the prizes). This clause does not apply to the extent that West HQ liability (if any) arises from an act or omission of West HQ in respect of its supply of services and/or goods to the prize winner in the ordinary course of West HQ’s business.
17. If, for any reason, this competition is unable to run as stated above the Promoter reserves the right to alter the Terms and Conditions to run this in the fairest way possible with the least disruption.
18. If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a suitable alternative of equal value.
19. The Promoter’s decisions with any aspect of this Competition will be binding

and final on every entrant.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or alter this Competition at any time (such as in the case of unforeseen circumstances outside of the Promoter’s reasonable control), subject to compliance with Fair-Trading Guidelines.
21. Any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, including any attempt to avoid compliance, may result in the immediate disqualification of any entrant from this and future promotions.
22. Disqualification will be at the Promoter’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into
Promotion specific Terms & Conditions
1. All decisions are final and are at the discretion of West HQ Management.
2. Subject to the law, no cash will be given out after 10pm.
3. ‘Tutti Frutti’ promotions are contracted by West HQ to run, compare and staff the promotion.
4. Winners must be on the premises at the time of the draw and present themselves to the promotional host within 4 minutes to claim the prize.
5. It is the patron’s responsibility to
a. Position themselves at the time of the draw in an area where they hear the announcing of winners
b. Position themselves at the time of the draw in an area where they can physically present themselves to the promotional host within 4 minutes should their ticket be drawn.
c. Present their West HQ Loyal card to claim their prize.
6. An eligible member must swipe (ONLY) their OWN West HQ Loyal card at the member's promotional terminal (Wymac). Tickets are only valid on the date printed.
7. NO Tickets can be purchased.
8. Guests / Visitors cannot participate or receive any tickets.
9. Winning tickets will not be returned to the pool of eligible tickets in the draw barrel after a prize is claimed.
10. An individual member MAY win more than one prize on the same night during a Jackpot Draw as long as it is through separate, valid entry tickets issued in the entry process (higher tiers have more entry tickets issued so this is a possibility).
