Who may enter

Any West HQ Loyal member who purchases a West HQ Gift Card between the 1st-31st December 2023.

How to participate

1. For members to qualify for this promotion, they must purchase a West HQ Gift Card using only their points between the 1st-31st December.

2. The eligible member will, during the promotion period, then receive a 50% pay by points discount on the Gift Card purchase. (i.e., if the gift card is $25, the member will pay 1,250 points) 3. This Gift Card will expire on the 31st of March 2024.

4. Any value a member has not used on their gift card by 31st March 2024, will be forfeited.

General Terms and Conditions

1. All decisions of West HQ (and its representatives) are final.

2. Member(s) must be opted in the Loyalty system to be eligible.

3. The list of participating outlets is in accordance with the West HQ Gift Card Terms and Conditions.

4. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer/discount.

5. Valid until 31st March 2024.

6. Points cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged to another person, or for any other object, cash amount, or value.

7. This promotion is only for current financial members of West HQ who are over the age of 18 years and who are part of West HQ loyalty system.

8. West HQ practices the responsible service of alcohol.

9. Alcoholic beverages can be denied at the discretion of West HQ staff.

10. The West HQ reserves the right and license to use a selected entrant’s name, suburb, photograph, image, and likeness for the purpose of promoting and advertising West HQ. 11. During this promotion a gift card can be purchased using only points from West HQ customer service during operating hours.

12. This promotion is not open to patrons excluded from the venue pursuant to the provisions of the Office of Liquor & Gaming or who are otherwise excluded.

13. Any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in the immediate disqualification of any entrant.

14. Disqualification will be at the Promoter’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. All decisions are final and are at the discretion of West HQ Management.

16. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
