Who may enter All current West HQ Members over 18 years of age are eligible to enter.
How to enter/Play (Eligible Members Only).
1. An eligible member must utilize the QR Code provided to them via email, SMS, or in the venue, to be taken to the designated landing page.
2. The members must then fill out the form on the landing page by entering in their correct details and agreeing to opt into marketing & gaming communications.
3. All fields of the form are mandatory and must be completed before submission.
4. Once the member submits the Entry form, their entry into the promotion will be secured.
5. Winners will be randomly selected
6. The winners will be contacted by phone (an email will be sent if no response by phone) on the 4th of September at 12pm.
7. The winners must respond to customer service via email and/or phone by 12pm on the 5th of September to secure their place.
8. If a winner does not respond by 12pm on the 5th of September, a redraw of winners will be done after 12pm.
9. If the new winners do not RSVP by 12pm on the 6th, it is assumed their place is forfeited, and no extra winners will be redrawn.
Prizes
• 1 x double pass invite for each winner and their guest to enjoy a complimentary banquet dinner at West HQ’s New Town Thai Restaurant Preview Dinner.
• Total of 50 winners
• A total of 100 people will be eligible to attend the promotional dinner.

General Terms and Conditions
1. All decisions of West HQ (and its representatives) are final.
2. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged to another person or for any other object, cash amount or value, unless authorized by the Promoter.
3. West HQ accepts no responsibility for any additional costs associated with winning any prizes, other than stated in these Terms and Conditions.
4. West HQ reserves the right to:
5. Verify the validity of entries (including but not limited to, the Eligible Member's/Patrons identity and age). If a Winner cannot provide suitable proof of identification at the time of the draw, the Winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered; and
6. Disqualify any Patron that has not acted in good faith and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
7. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
8. A record of all Winners will be kept.
9. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other material relating to this competition, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
10. Entry is only open to Eligible Members 18 years and over.
11. The guest chosen by the winning member to attend can be under the age of 18 years.
12. The Promoter reserves the right and license to use a selected entrant's name, suburb, photograph, image and likeness for the purpose of promoting and advertising West HQ
13. This Promotion is not open to patrons excluded from the venue pursuant to the provisions of the Office of Liquor & Gaming or who are.
14. otherwise excluded.
15. Subject to law, the Promoter (including its employees, agents and contractors) has no liability to any person for injury (including death), loss or damage whatsoever howsoever arising in connection with this Competition (including the awarding, condition, use or misuse of the prizes). This clause does not apply to the extent that West HQ liability (if any) arises from an act or omission of West HQ in respect of its supply of services and/or goods to the prize winner in the ordinary course of West HQ's business.
16. If for any reason this Promotion is unable to run as stated above due to technical/printing errors etc., the Promoter reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions to run this promotion in the fairest way possible with the least disruption.
17. The Promoter's decision in connection with any aspect of this promotion will be binding and final on every entrant.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or alter this promotion at any time (such as in the case of unforeseen circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control), subject to compliance with any FairTrading guidelines.
19. Any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in the immediate disqualification of any entrant.
20. Disqualification will be at the Promoter's sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
21. AII decisions are final and are at the discretion of West HQ Management.
22. Customer Service will check to ensure all winners are opted into Marketing & Gaming communication when they RSVP.
23. Please note that no substitute or complimentary food and/or beverages outside of the menu will be provided.
24. By agreeing to attend the dinner, the attendees understand no food substitutions will be made to the outlined menu.
25. Extra beverages are available at the expense of the attendees.
