General Terms and Conditions
Promotion will run from Monday 27 January 2025, 10am, until Friday 7 February 2025, 11.59pm. The winner will be announced on the next business day.
Individuals who attended the SGAC Vacation Care program during the current holiday period.
1. Complete the feedback form sent by SGAC about their experience during the current Vacation Care program.
2. The feedback form must be submitted between Monday 27 January 2025, 10am and Friday 7 February 2025, 11.59pm
3. Each customer that completes the feedback form will automatically be entered into a draw to win a week of Vacation Care for the upcoming program.
4. The winner will be drawn at random through a random name generator online from all eligible entries on Monday 10 February 2025, at SGAC.
5. The winner will be notified via email within 48 hours of the draw and must confirm acceptance of the prize within 5 days of notification. If the winner does not respond within this time frame, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.

The prize is a voucher for one week of Vacation Care for the next holiday period at SGAC’s Vacation Care program. The voucher is redeemable for one week of Vacation Care for a child aged 5-12, at the location and dates available for the upcoming holiday period. The prize is non-transferable, nonrefundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods and services.
There is one (1) prize to be won valued at $280.
1. All decisions of West HQ (and its representatives) are final.
2. West HQ Centre Services Manager will manage the promotion
3. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged for any other object, cash amount or value, unless authorized by the Promoter.
4. West HQ accepts no responsibility for any additional costs associated with winning any prizes, other than stated in these Terms and Conditions.
5. A record of the winner will be kept.
6. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other material relating to this competition, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
7. Entry is only open to customers of the current Vacation Care program who received the feedback form link.
8. Subject to law, the Promoter (including its employees, agents and contractors) has no liability to any person for injury (including death), loss or damage whatsoever howsoever arising in connection with this Competition (including the awarding, condition, use or misuse of the prizes). This clause does not apply to the extent that West HQ liability (if any) arises from an act or omission of West HQ in respect of its supply of services and/or goods to the prize winner in the ordinary course of West HQ’s business.
9. If for any reason this competition is unable to run as stated above due to technical/printing errors etc., the Promoter reserve the right to alter the terms and conditions to run this the fairest way possible with the least disruption.
10. If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a suitable alternative of equal value.
11. The Promoter’s decision in connection with any aspect of this Competition will be binding and final on every entrant.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or alter this Competition at any time (such as in the case of unforeseen circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control), subject to compliance with any FairTrading guidelines.
13. These terms and conditions (including operating hours) may be varied by the company, at its discretion, which will notify the holder of any changes.
14. Any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in immediate disqualification of any entrant.
15. Disqualification will be at the Promoter’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. All decisions are final and are at the discretion of West HQ Management.
