Combining the resistance of the water with boxing techniques, this class helps improve strength, endurance, and coordination while providing an intense, full-body workout. Using the aqua pole as support, you’ll strike and punch your way to fitness.

ACQUAPOLE ELASTICS

This class combines the benefits of Acquapole with the added resistance of elastic bands. This low-impact workout focuses on strengthening muscles, improving flexibility, and toning your whole body, while the water offers gentle support and minimizes stress on joints.

SAF AQUA DRUMS VIBES

AQUA AEROBICS

SYNERGY SWIM

A holistic class for over 55’s that focuses on building strength, flexibility and endurance. Through controlled movements and focused breathing, you’ll improve your swimming technique and cardiovascular health, while working on balance and posture.

AQUA ZUMBA

This dance-based class takes the Zumba party to the pool, combining Latin rhythms and dance moves with water resistance to provide an exhilarating cardiovascular workout. It’s a full-body workout that’s as fun as it is effective.
