MEET MASTER CHEF LERATO MIZA 邂逅大厨 LERATO MIZA Lerato is a South African chef, specializing in South African Afro and African cuisine. She studied Culinary Arts and has a Diploma in Pastry, a Diploma in Culinary Arts and holds an International Advanced Management Diploma in Culinary Arts. She has worked for many international hotels and restaurants and has recently returned to South Africa after living and working in Miami. Lerato loves exploring different cultures, their beginnings and their food and is delighted to be in Shanghai to share in The Westin’s celebration of South Africa.
