Materials PVC valves are least expensive.

Other materials offer higher pressure/temperature ratings, chemical and abrasion resistance. For high purity liquids, PP is preferred over PVC. PVDF is used on the highest purity applications.

Pneumatic Actuators • P Series is a premium quality line designed for long cycling life in demanding industrial applications.

Output torques are up to 31,300 in.-lb. spring return (SR) and 40,660 in.-lb. double acting (DA) with 80 psi air.

They will power all Chemline ball and butterfly valves up to 24" DA and 20" SR

Actuation Service • Chemline supplies actuators separately and actuation service for any metal valves.

700 Series Diaphragm Valves • Modular line of pneumatically actuated and manual weir diaphragm valves up to 4". They share common bodies and diaphragms. Only five different actuators sizes power nine valve sizes (730 Series).

Vortex Shedding Technology: As a fluid moves aross the internal strut ‘bluff body’, alternating vortices are created causing pressure fluctuations. These fluctuations are detected and converted to an analog signal or pulse output. The frequency of the vostices is directly proportional to the flow.

FlowLine Technology: Sensors emit 4 high frequency sound pulses per second from the base of the transducer. Each pulse travels through the air gap, reflects off the liquid surface and returns to the transducer where its received. The temperature compensated sensor calculates the time interval from pulse transmission to receipt, and translates this into a distance measurement based upon the speed of sound.

Flowline sensors feature the patented, auto-adaptive Digital Signal Processing technology that delivers accurate and reliable ultrasonic level measurement from 1m-10m.
