Outreach and befriending service If you, or someone you know feels isolated and would like a home visit to find out what services are available, please let us know.

Outreach and befriending Telephone: 020 7289 0176 Email: outreach@octaviahousing. org.uk

Someone from Octavia will come to your home to let you know how you can stay healthy and independent. You can also use a befriending service if you want to have contact with someone on a regular basis.

Tele-activity Join a telephone session if you find it difficult to get out. Socialise with like-minded people free from your armchair – we pay for the call. Join in weekly chats for people who are unable to easily get out and meet others. You have a say in what you would like to talk about such as current affairs or shared interests.

Community Hubs are mainly funded by the council and NHS Westminster to help you get the most out of services in your local area. Activities are delivered on behalf of the council and other organisations by Open Age and Notting Hill Housing.
