Human Rights Council The Human Rights Council delegates have agreed that: Assessing how to combat ISIS effectively without military intervention, Noting that cooperation between the entire international community is the most important precondition for concentrated action against ISIS, Stressing the importance of educating the civilian population of Syria and Iraq about Human Rights entitlements, Suggests the deployment of peacekeepers to Iraq after having secured guarantees from the respective governments about the safety of the troops, Calls for any military action to prioritise minimizing risk to the civilian population, Requests the creation of an investigative body that will come to findings about the nature, location and extent of the Human Rights violations committed by ISIS, - Requests that the Syrian and Iraqi government provides this committee with empirical detail about the most affected areas.

Our vision is to create a system that goes beyond a simple MUN conference. Our dream is for Rotaract Model United Nations to become a pillar of international youth decision-making.
