Michael Myers, a 2013 graduate of Brockport High School, is serving in the United States Marine Corps as a First Lieutenant. He graduated from RIT in 2018 with a mechanical engineering degree. He graduated Officer Candidate School in Quantico, Virginia in the summer of 2018 and has been to Pensacola, Florida, Corpus Christi, Texas and back to Pensacola to earn his wings as a United States Marine Corps Naval Aviator. Michael is now stationed at Camp Pendleton in Southern California near San Diego. He will be training to fly the attack helicopters, known as the Cobra. His family is extremely proud of him for all of his hard work and dedication to his country.

Major General Ray Shields, the Adjutant General for the State of New York, announced the promotion of members of the New York Army National Guard in recognition of their capability for additional responsibility and leadership.

Wergin graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor of arts degree in performance and communication arts. Wergin attended Churchville-Chili High School.
