Hartman - Dayton

Valerie T. Hartman and William E. Dayton were united in marriage October 15, 2016 at Most Holy Trinity Church, East Hampton, New York.

The bridge is the daughter of Paul and Kathleen Hartman of Rochester. The groom’s parents are Jonathan and Suzanne Dayton of East Hampton, New York.

Honor attendants for the bride were Amber Hettig and Annie Levitt. Bridesmaids were Maria Dayton, Abby White, Tricia Solt, Casey Gherardi and Christie Grosso.

James Savarese served as best man. Acting as groomsmen were Zachary Hartman, Riley Sullivan, Patrick Whitney, Lex King, Brian McGintee and Kyle Mullane.

The bride is a graduate of Tompkins-Cortland Community College, SUNY Cortland and the University of South Florida. She is a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at Peconic Bay Medical Center.

The groom graduated from SUNY Cortland and is a plumber at Harold McMahon Plumbing Solutions.

Holly S. Toal and Michael M. Crocco, III were joined in marriage October 2, 2016 in the garden of the historic Lounsberry House in Ridgefield, Connecticut.

Their proud and happy parents are Albert and Linda Toal of Hilton and Michael and Rita Crocco of Stamford, Connecticut.

The couple was attended by the bride’s college roommate, Michelle Leo, and the groom’s brother, Anthony Crocco.

Holly, a graduate of Hilton High School and SUNY Oneonta, is the editor-in-chief of the Putnam County Press/Times in Mahopac, New York. Michael graduated from Westhill High School in Stamford and the University of Connecticut. He is a financial analyst at Pound Capital in Stamford, Connecticut.

The couple had a wonderful honeymoon enjoying the beauty of Sedona, Arizona and the night life of Las Vegas. They reside in Ridgefield, Connecticut.

Steve and Genine Coleman of Hilton are pleased to announce the engagement of their son Jake to Kara Miller, daughter of Frank and Paula Miller of LeRoy. The future groom is a graduate of Hilton High School and SUNY Brockport. He is employed as an assistant residential service manager at Isaac Heating and Cooling in Rochester.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of LeRoy High School and SUNY Brockport. She is also a graduate of Genesee Community College and employed as a physical therapist assistant/athletic trainer at North Greece Lattimore Physical Therapy.

The couple is planning a September 2017 wedding.

Kaitlyn Adam and Steven Brown, both of Cambridge, Massachusetts, are happy to announce their engagement.

Parents of the bride-to-be are Spencer and Christine Adam of Chili. The future groom is the son of Michael and Donna Brown of Churchville.

Kaitlyn is a graduate of Churchville-Chili High School and The University at Buffalo, where she received her Doctor of Physical Therapy. She is a physical therapist at Paragon Rehabilitation in Boston, Massachusetts.

Steven, a graduate of Churchville-Chili High School, received a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University at Buffalo and his master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he is currently a Ph.D. candidate.

Their wedding is planned for July 2017.

Mr. and Mrs. Harold Schaefer of Hamlin are pleased to announce the engagement of their son, Devin to Megan Solberg. Megan is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Darin Solberg of Spokane, Washington.

Megan is an elementary school teacher.

Devin is a lieutenant in the U. S. Navy.
