Participants who are 11 years-old must be signed in by a parent at the door and the participant must remain inside of the event until picked up by the same parent. For participants who are 12 year-old and up, this event is considered a drop-in event, and the participant is responsible for his/her own actions and attendance. Participants 12 years-old and up can either be signed in by a parent at the door or the parent can RSVP the participant in advance. With a RSVP, a participant 12 years-old and up does not need to be signed in by a parent for the event. Participants 12-years-old and up can enter and exit the event, at will and do not need to be signed out of the event by a parent. In general, for all ages, parents are not required to stay for the event. For everyone’s safety, parents who stay on site during the event may not stay inside the event space.
