Pool Reminders

• Swim at your own risk. The pool is not supervised by a lifeguard • Diving, running, pushing or rough play, yelling or throwing of objects in the pool area is prohibited at all times • Children under thirteen (13) must be accompanied and supervised by an adult

• Towels must be placed in the towel hamper after use. Towel are not to be removed from the pool area. If you have towel at home we request that you return them to the pool to minimize this ongoing expense of purchasing new towels.

• Outside food & beverage is not permitted at the pool except for Mondays when the clubhouse is closed (except holidays). Outside food & beverage is permitted as a provision for infants and children under the age of 5. • Smoking is not permitted in the pool area. • No dogs or pets are allowed in the Pool area.

Pickleball Court Construction Update

The pre-construction coordination meeting took place on Wednesday morning, June 16. The Contractors (JS Construction & Howard B. Jones) were each sent a copy of the Agreements for execution. The schedule to perform the work was discussed. Before moving any dirt and closing off the existing Entry drive, the Permit for Site work will need to be pulled from the Town. JS Construction stated they would start the Site work permit process on June 21. They also would place an order for underground utility locates at that time. Estimate to obtain permits and locates is 10 working days. Excavating and Site Work is tentatively scheduled for week after July 4th holiday. The total time for the project is expected to be 120 days, not including rain delays or unforeseen circumstances.
