Members of the Karibu Boomtown Drums group of Regina lead some volunteers in learning a dance from Uganda on the grass in front of the entertainment stage at Multicultural Day in the Park on Saturday. The daylong event was hosted by the Weyburn United Way and the Tatagwa Parkway board as a way to kick off Multicultural Week in Canada, and to celebrate Canada 150.
International fashion show featured at Multicultural Day

Members of the International Women of Weyburn display traditional clothing from their homelands, during an international fashion show put on for Multicultural Day on Saturday at River Park. The event was held by the Weyburn and District United Way, and included a walk-a-thon, a family tent for face-painting and craft activities, live music and dancing, and several booths with food and multicultural items.
