Retired RCMP officer Pete Broccolo led the Legion Colour Party and staff of the Heritage Village in a short parade through the village up to Meadowbrook School for the opening ceremonies of Heritage Village Days on Friday.

Blake Haider and Jayden Stewart had a closeup look at how big the antique steam tractor is at Weyburn’s Heritage Village on Friday, with many levers and controls used to operate it. They were visiting for Heritage Village Days, which was held on Friday and Saturday, with all of the houses open for tours, and demonstrations, food, children’s games and activities, and an entertainment stage was also provided.
