Statement from Edwinola: Edwinola regards the safety of its residents a top priority especially when it comes to potential fire hazards.

Earlier this year, during a routine inspection, the fire department told us we had some issues with our smoke detectors. After a follow up visit a month later, the smoke detectors were no longer noted by the inspector as a concern on his follow-up report dated March 2015, and we were told a re-inspection would take place next year.

In addition, the fire inspector cleared us on a handful of other issues that we resolved. It’s also important to mention that we have a fire suppression system throughout our facility designed to keep residents safe.
