Hildah Lunding is the Founder and Publisher of Women's Frontline Magazine. She loves to write and has a vision to encourage everyone to write. Writing is telling a story about ourselves or other people and therefore I believe that everyone can document their life to inspire others. Hildah is a mother, and wife and resides in Denmark.

Welcome to a new year with us! We have been blessed with yet another year to improve ourselves and dream BIG! We need to lay a good foundation of how we intend to live our life this year. I believe that it is time to seize the opportunity and begin to build and expand in whatever area we are good at. If you are good at writing, then write away. Get published. Do your part! Have expectations and remember that God needs you to engage in him in order to make a difference. I guess its time to change our mindset in order to do great and mighty things. When the body is dis-eased it is simply a physical manifestation of the soul and the spirit being experiencing unrest – the inability to refresh, renew and revive. Dis-ease doesn’t just happen in an instant in most cases, it is often the result of many incidences of the inability to recuperate from the trauma of life.

LORD, HELP US TO CONTROL ANGER.... We are spirit, we have a soul and we live in our physical body. We need to take care of our spirit and soul in order to keep our body health . One of the thing we need to take care of its our emotions. Letâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s talk about anger.

We are humans we get angry , sometimes we get angry over something that has been said to us or about us .Let me remind you that offense is taken not given. You can listen, talk to someone or read anything that anyone has says but you choose whether you want to be offended and get angry or not. As Christians we need to surrender our emotions to God because the

devil wants us to be angry so that we do not get our blessings. Situations will come , people will make you angry but we need to pray to have the ability to deal with situations we come across. Proverbs 25:28 says â&#x20AC;&#x153;when you have no self-control you become vulnerable over your attackers. The enemy comes into you through situations, but remember you have authority over your circumstances. Do not blame situations for who you are, what you are or for your anger for God has given us the ability to escape everything we come across. You have authority to overcome situations and negative emotions.

We have dominion over sin. Anger doesn’t have dominion over you. To every situation that we face His grace never fails. There is too much grace for you to be angry.

Is it worth it to be angry? What benefits do you get for the anger of man does not produce the righteousness of God. The word of God say we must put away anger in Colossians 3:8. Let us pray to have the fruits of the spirit and put away anger. Let us learn to bear with one another and if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other as the Lord has forgiven you, so you must also forgive. Our forgiveness must not be for sale, it must be given. Imagine if God had to make us pay for our sins, we were going to be forever over indebted to him. You must not expect people to buy you something to apologies. Stop making excuse for why you angry. Stop trying to get even with people who have wronged you.

What a mighty God we serve! Have you ever considered the awesomeness of Jehovah? When I think about our amazing Creator, I think about His unfailing and unending love. Everything He does is beyond our human understanding of perfection! We are fearfully and wonderfully made, and only a LIVING God could have created every detail of what makes us who we are! Everything He does is beyond our human understanding of perfection! developed a more intimate relationship with the Lord, I have come to the core of it all, and that is that although we have these amazing bodies, God is looking on our inner parts - our hearts. He is the center of us all, and He desires to bring us back to that place. As humans we often get the order of God confused. My name is Isha Wardell, I am the mother of two handsome kings. As I write this, I had to stop and ask God What to say; and he said tell people about his glory, so here goes..... My adult life began at the age of sixteen. My father was in and out of my life and my mother never made me feel wanted and loved, so I decided to leave her home. By that time, I was selling drugs with a man almost twice my age, cause that's what I knew. I was pregnant at 17yrs old with my first child and it made me hustle even harder. I sold more drugs and was in and

out of cosmetology school. A course that was supposed to take 22 months took me 4yrs because of my struggle with inner peace and environmental set backs like being homeless and gang life. The administrator saw my potential and never gave up on me, but just as I was trying to get my life toether, God blessed me with a baby girl but only to take her back by way of SIDS, ten days later. That sent me on a fight for my peace of mind, so I buckled down and finished my cosmetology license. My career began to pick up and I began to style hair for runways ,artist,and the everyday women.

It is an empowerment pageant for full figured women . We do community service and event outings to prepare for the big day of the pageant,. Through this Voluptuous Diva Pageant, I was able to help the homeless, by assisting in their fashion show ,to build them up... I did multi radio and TV interviews, photo shoots and fashion shows with great brands and designers. To this day I'm still modeling and styling hair and now I'm adding Mentor and Life Coach to my resume for the spirit that is in me has more work to do. So… recently I got attacked by a demon. It wasn’t a strong demon, but it was enough to scare me a bit. Mainly because I didn’t think that demons could actually speak, out loud. The certain issue that the demon brought up (in a dream) was that whenever I cannot find a way out of a situation I turn to violence. I have always hated that about myself. In the dream I felt that violence was the only answer even though I was fully aware

of everything around me. I could have simply asked for God’s help, but instead I beat up the villain in my dream. I woke up to laughter in my room, right next to my ear. It wasn’t my voice, and no one was there. I knew it was a demon because of the horrible feeling it left behind, afterwards I cast out the demon from my room.

I know God was helping me, because I could see the problem instantly. My friend asked me later that day how I was feeling, and we talked about it. She had, had a similar thing happen to her a while back, a demon stopped her from moving by exploiting her fear. Her first reaction was to ask God for help, because she didn’t know much about demons at the time. It was the right thing to do, and it left. She had a few God filled friends that helped her understand her situation better, and she was prepared if it came back.

I am glad I know her. Otherwise the demon would probably come back because I would have thought about my action too much. And to a point that I wouldn’t have been able to control my actions or mind. My heart is God’s temple, and I must keep it clean from all the rats that want to go into it. Keeping His temple clean is something that every Christian has to do every day. If it becomes too infested with rats, the only thing that you can do is ask for His help, and cast out the evil thoughts.

If you cannot tell what His temple looks like, you can ask Which it did a few years later, God for a raincheck. Don’t be because if a demon cannot afraid to ask for help, God put find another person nearby the friends and words there to that it can torment, it comes help you. Don’t tolerate it, back to torment the same exterminate it, and love person again. Asking God for unconditionally. help again, the demon left and from my knowledge it hasn’t come back. It obeys the operations of the mind whether deliberately chosen or automatically expressed. At the bidding of unlawful thoughts the body sinks rapidly into disease and decay; at the command of glad and beautiful thoughts it becomes clothed with youthfulness and beauty. Strong, pure and happy thoughts build up the body in vigour and grace. We are triune beings, we are spirit, we have soul, which consists of the mind, will & emotions & live we in a body & all these area have a specific role to play in our faith walk.

Proverbs 23v7 states “For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he..”. ‘He’ refers to the body, the behaviour, and the way of being with others and being in the world. The thinking or cognitive processes takes place in the mind which is part of the heart/soul …to have an effect on our being… How important is our body in this connection? Our "beings" or bodies are be described as Houses of clay (2 Corinthians 5:1), they are dwelling places. As Golden bowls (Ecclesiastes 12: 6); they are of value and worth. As Earthen vessels (2 Corinthians 4:7), they are delicate and frail. As Tabernacles (2 Peter 1:13), they are temples. As Members of Christ (1Corinthians 6:15 AMP), they are honourable and sacred. These scriptures illustrate the value of our bodies to the extent that Apostle Paul points out how our bodies should never be mingled with ungodly activities. How important is our mind in this dualism of the mind & body? The mind is to serve God, “…of myself with the mind and heart, serve the Law of God, but with the flesh the law of sin, (Romans 7: 25 AMP). The mind has capacity to be arrogant & unruly, “… vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind”, (Colossians 2:18 KJV). The mind can be a source of weakness, “And we “earnestly beseech you, brethren, admonish (warn and

seriously advise) those who are out of line [the loafers, the disorderly, and the unruly]; encourage the timid and fainthearted, help and give your support to the weak souls, [and] be very patient with everybody [always keeping your temper]”, (1 Thessalonians 5:14 (to24) AMP). With our Bodies being members of Christ, our minds are to have the Mind of Christ: Let this ind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus (6) Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God (Philippians 2:5&6) Mind & body connection in health: Disease and health, like circumstances, are rooted in thought. Sickly thoughts will express themselves though a sickly body. The people who live in fear of disease are the people who get it. Anxiety quickly demoralises the whole body and it lays it open to the entrance of diseases; while impure thoughts, even if not physically indulged, will soon shatter the nervous system.

As women we also have to realise change of diet will not help a woman who will not change her thoughts. When a woman makes her thoughts pure, she no longer desires impure food. Clean thoughts make clean habits. We should challenge our way of thinking. “Do not be conformed to this world (this age), [fashioned after and adapted to its external, superficial customs], but be transformed (changed) by the [entire] renewal of your mind [by its new ideals and its new attitude], so that you may prove [for yourselves] what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God, even the thing which is good and acceptable and perfect [in His sight for you]. (Romans 12:2 AMP). Start by feeding your spirit on the word of God. Just like the body produces physical strength when you nourish it with food, the spirit produces spiritual strength when you nourish it with the word. That spiritual strength is called faith. Develop that faith, and instead of your spirit being

dominated by the other two areas it will be in charge. Next bring your soul in line by “Casting down imaginations and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; {imaginations: or, reasonings} (2 Corinthians 10:5). The most common lived experience where we observe the mind / body connection operating is in anxiety… anxiety has created a multimillion industry in a countless therapies and anxiolytics on the market … The driving force behind the condition that manifests as anxiety is worry, worry is a normal human emotion, however the constant preoccupation with ‘what might happen, and what could go wrong about tomorrow’, and when other life stresses take their toll and worry becomes our constant state, we begin to choke. Origins of Stress are: Temperament, the desire to acquire, if your possessions get a grip on you, anxiety surely follows, Ecclesiastes 5:12 says “The sleep of a labouring man is sweet, whether he eat little or much: but the abundance of the rich will not suffer him to sleep”. Media hype, we live in the time of information overload, and with more negative rather that good news is reported.

The forth cause of stress is simply our life experiences & losses, and the fifth is pace of life, we pile on too much each day, rarely take time to relax, and wonder why we feel so tense. We hop on airplanes weekly, hit 3 cities in 4 days, sleep in strange beds and eat strange foods only to return home fried Or we shuttle our children from activity to activity, eat on the go, fall into bed exhausted and unfulfilled.

Elijah’s entertained suicidal thoughts due to fear…So tormented was Elijah in his thoughts to the degree that he believed he was the only prophet left even though he had no evidence: “And he said, I have been very zealous for the Lord God of hosts: because the children of Israel have forsaken thy covenant, thrown down thine altars, and slain thy prophets with the sword; and I, even I only, am left; and they seek my life, to take it away. (1 Kings 19:14 KJV)

Tap into the power of forgiveness. Realize that your anxiety or depression may be caused in part by guilt over something you did that was wrong, or something you didn’t do that you should have done. If so, seek forgiveness from God and the people you’ve hurt. Take responsibility for your own thoughts, words, and behaviours. Repent by deciding to go in a completely different direction in the future. Make restitution for all damages incurred, as best as you can.
