devotional Titus 2 v 11-12 (Amp) For the grace of God (His unmerited favor and blessing) has come forward (appeared) for the deliverance from sin and the eternal salvation for all mankind. It has trained us to reject and renounce all ungodliness (irreligion) and worldly (passionate) desires, to live discreet (temperate, self-controlled), upright, devout (spiritually whole) lives in this present world Grace was poured out to us as enablement to live the God kind of life. Our own efforts to do good are not successful, somewhere along the way we will find ourselves doing those things which we are not supposed to. Have you not found yourself regretting the way you answered someone? The flesh reacts to provocation but grace responds.

Our anchor scripture says Grace trains us. So whatever you find difficult, it could be a hot temper: ask for grace. A life of grace is a life of self control; you are careful with words, you are a peacemaker, you unite and reconcile family, you are not a cause of strife in the family. God's grace causes us to be God like; this was God's intention in the beginning, to make a man in his own image. It is grace that prunes even our desires, you find no joy in worldly activities. Your appetite for certain things will wear off. Brethren our best is not good enough, let us depend on grace to enable us to be Christ like. Grace brings out the Christ in us to manifest. Remember we allowed Christ into our lives to be our Lord. Stop trying to do good by your own effort and allow Grace to train you to live a righteous life. There is grace for every situation. By House of Prayer

word for today Romans 8 v 9-10 (nlt) But you are not controlled by your sinful nature. You are controlled by the Spirit if you have the Spirit of God living in you. (And remember that those who do not have the Spirit of Christ living in them do not belong to him at all.) And Christ lives within you, so even though your body will die because of sin, the Spirit gives you life because you have been made right with God. So when we accept Christ into our lives, scripture says that the Holy Spirit moves in making us the temple of the Holy Spirit. Now the indwelling of the Holy Spirit is to our advantage. Scripture says the Holy Spirit is a voice that will tell you go right, go left, He is the power at work in us. Holy Spirit is an equal member of the Godhead, He is God , not a thing. So when we speak of him we should not refer to him as "something". Often people say something in my spirit told me that.. .... That is the Holy Spirit. Scripture says He goes before us and makes crooked paths straight. No wonder sometimes we dream about something in the future, its the Holy Spirit giving us a snippet of where he has been and choosing to hint to us what the future holds.

He is also referred to as the Spirit of truth, he discerns hearts and knows the truth of the motives underlying our actions. The Holy Spirit will never armtwist us, he does not force us, he is gentle , He is that small still voice. We have to be sensitive to Him. We should yield our lives to him, allow him to lead us. If we allow him to lead us then we are assured of safe arrival at our destination. He knows the way. Allow the Holy Spirit to guide you, He will not give you all the details but will give you instruction at pivotal moments. Acquaint yourself with his voice, " my sheep know my voice" scripture says. Spend time in worship and prayer. Get to know him so that you do not mistake him for a strangers voice. The Holy Spirit is a spirit of life and he is active not passive when we allow him to do. He is our strengthener, our ability to do all things. Speak to Him, ask him advice on your plans, involve Him in your everyday life and experience a victors lifestyle. Acknowledge him in all your ways. By House of Prayer.

TO THYSELF BE TRUE by Kudzie G. Phiri

WOMEN'S FRONTLINE MAGAZINE Either voluntary or otherwise; man embarks on many paths often in a quest of self-discovery. Each and every one of us at some point in life embark on this expedition seeking to discover who one is? I had the occasion to be in one service that the Preacher was talking about “Fulfillment in Singleness”. I found the sermon quite refreshing and enlightening. The sermon was centered on the fulfillment and wholeness one has in themself before partnering with another. ‘Self’ is often limited to mean just ‘me’ but when you go through scripture and look at what the Lord said; it is clear that you are indeed made in His image and likeness and that He breathed life into you. This then must mean that in your ‘self’ is also the being of God. Acts 17:28 “For in Him we live move and have our being…”

the quest. Separation and solitude are important in order to bring you to a place where the only voice you hear is the Creator’s and the only real opinion that matters over your life is His. People will always have an opinion of what you should do with your life; how you should live it and who you should become. Whether it comes from the goodness or wickedness of their hearts, the fact remains; it comes from people. People are fickle and temperamental thus their stance about your life is ever changing. Rather discover who you are from the Creator’s blueprint for you because that is certain and never changing. In this identity you will once again achieve uniqueness, singularity of purpose and wholeness.

Getting through the pain The pain can turn out to supply a solution, or a cure to a problem. It can give life more meaning and purpose of being on earth. God can press upon your heart to be a problem solver. God can give you invention and ideas how to come with a solution to the set back of life through the pain. The setback is a way of set up by God to see greatness come out at the end. The end matter is better than the beginning. The pain is a way to bring light in the darkness. The pain is to glow when it is not enough light. It can be a place to outpour more of God, when there may not be enough of God word. It is a way to shine light of the word and the presence of God where ever pain we go through. We will go through the fire but the fire will not burn us. We will go through the water and the water will not overtake us. When the demand of life is more than you can do all at once. However this is a place of finding rest for your soul. A quiet place of peace, joy, and resting in God.

''all you need is to be still, God will fight for you..'' We will go through the fire but the fire will not burn us. We will go through the water and the water will not overtake us. When the demand of life is more than you can do all at once. However this is a place of finding rest for your soul. A quiet place of peace, joy, and resting in God. Finding all possible way to remain positive when the pain is beyond the limits. A place of standing through it all through the step of faith. Trusting in the timing of God, and being available for God to do his marvelous work through you. The scriptures remind us silver and gold I do not have but in the name of Jesus pick up your mat and walk. It is so powerful how God is able to use the little things to make much out of it. It is possible for God to do big things starting with small things. We serve a God that is about to makes impossible things possible. With God all things are possible. Faith is trusting God that it is already there before it can be seen in the natural. Have faith in God, when you have so much of it or a little must see it become much.

Exodus 14:14 All you need to be still, God will fight for you. In the stillness is where you find Sometimes in life that pain can be so severe because all the responsibility is left on one person. It almost like the responsible one take the lead. And all the loads and responsibility they solve can be so painful. It can be a place where they feel so alone, and they just need extra helping hands because they are always helping everyone because nobody else will like to step up. So the responsibility is left on them alone.

This place is when they seek the wisdom of God more than ever before. This place in their weakness is where they find strength in God. Greater is he that is in us than he that is in the world. A place of leadership, and always opportunity to serve their community. God has a purpose for the going through the pain. Your current suffering is not compare to the glory of God. The end matter is better than the beginning. Everything is beautiful in its time. Eccl 3:11

DAIMONDS & PEARLS

To understand & apply principles that take us to a place of prosperity, let's consider the highest virtue ever sought by man, wisdom. In 2nd Chronicles chapter 1 verses 10-12, Solomon conversed with The Lord saying; 10 Give me now wisdom and knowledge that I may go out and come in before this people: for who can judge this thy people that is so great? 11 And God said to Solomon, Because this was in thine heart, and thou hast not asked riches, wealth, or honour, nor the life of thine enemies , neither yet hast asked long life; but hast asked wisdom and knowledge for thyself, that thou mayest judge my people, over whom I have made thee king : 12 Wisdom and knowledge is granted unto thee; and I will give thee riches, and wealth, and honour, such as none of the kings have had that have been before thee, neither shall there any after thee have the like. In this passage of scripture we see the most profound dialogue between God and man; this is a request with no hint of selfishness. Solomon’s request was what we would call altruistic, a selfless request like no other in scripture.

Reading the chapter in its entirety, we see in verse 1, that God had already blessed Solomon, strengthened him, was with him, and magnified him exceedingly. Yet in verse 7, God sought Solomon. Not only had He blessed Him, but wanted to bless Him some more, the scripture reads , "In that night God appeared unto Solomon, and said unto him, Ask what I shall give thee". In the rest of the chapter, we see how Solomon was indeed the richest man to have lived. Not so much because of substance (material things), but because of the magnitude of his God given wisdom and knowledge You may be thinking, okay, so how does this apply to me? Women of God, yes women of wisdom, God gives all of us areas of influence to exercise rule over, to be in charge of, it may be your career, your family as a wife, to head a ministry, or raise children as a mother, or to manage a company.

WOMEN'S FRONTLINE MAGAZINE "When we pursue God for virtues to benefit our marriages, family, community, and nation, He is faithful to bless us with riches, wealth, and honour!"

In simple English this means no dodgy

business deals for maximum profits God’s kingdom, is about His wisdom and knowledge The book of Proverbs talks about wisdom being better than rubies & gold! And knowledge being better than silver and cannot be compared to all our desires. (Chapter 8 v 11; 16 v 16)

The question is what have we asked God for, concerning our responsibilities? Like Solomon God visits us daily and wants to bless us! God is seeking us too, because He is no, respector of persons. Through His blessing, His name is Glorfied. Yes we may we sing ‘I’m chasing after you’; wanting more of Him, but what do we truly want from God? Let’s be honest & search our hearts! Do we really want more of him? Do we seek His Kingdom first? Or our minds are more concerned about material things ? Scripture is clear that we would be as wise as Solomon to seek God’s kingdom first! Let’s consider the word "kingdom". Throughout the New Testament kingdom is the Greek word basileia, which represents "sovereignty, royal power and dominion. The kingdom of God is talking about God’s way of governing; a way of conducting ourselves and our businesses.

Solomon sought God’s ways for managing the people whom God entrusted him with. He sought wisdom & knowledge of a supreme level and quality Christ takes it even further – He likens wisdom to pearls Pearls have been highly valued as gemstones and objects of beauty for many centuries, and because of this, the word pearl has become a metaphor for something very rare, fine, admirable, and valuable. In Matthew chapter 7 v 6 Christ says "'Do not give what is holy to the dogs; nor cast your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn and tear you in pieces.' “(Matthew 7:6, NKJV) The word pearls refers to the word holy and is a metaphor for godly wisdom and the kingdom of God. We should be hungry for God's wisdom, it is precious ladies. Again in we see the in Matthew chapter 13 v 45 - 46 "'…. the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant seeking beautiful pearls, who, when he had found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had and bought it.' Are we sold out for this kind of wisdom ladies?

DIAMONDS & PEARLS For many years, my former pastor would say every year right 3 things you believe God for this year! Year after year some items were never ticked, and frustration set in, until I discovered James 1 v 5, which states that when you lack wisdom ask a God (not beg for, cry for or fast for but ask) and He will not withhold it from you. My desired "things" on the list did not have anything do with God’s business, it is only when my focus shifted that I became free! Finally, let's focus on the bling! What comes to your mind when you hear the word diamond! Whilst preparing the message, I had to do some serious searching for the diamond in scripture ‌ I could not find a single scripture reference likening any human quality to this precious stone! However, interestingly and perhaps intriguing, scripture reveals that the diamond represents stability, brilliancy, virtuous and right standing with God For further study, references to diamonds can be found in Exodus 28:18 & 39:11, Jeremiah 17:1 and Ezekiel 28:13.

''Your emotions cannot effect you, if they don’t affect your decisions. Listen to God for His plan for you, and then you should decide..''

by Rebekah Chamblee Emotions always have to be in the way, deciding your every move. They do it by changing your mood which in turn affects your everyday decisions. And your decisions affect the outcome of your life story. Emotions are the most heartwarming, most disgusting, and most terrifying things in your life. But of course without emotions you wouldn’t have a personality. Don’t let emotions control you. Just because you are having a bad day, don’t let it get you down. Your foul mood could cause someone else to have a bad day, which could lead to them making bad choices that day. Let God be first, not your feelings. Satan uses your emotions to turn your day upside down, what could have been a good day turned into a very bad one.

Only let your emotions be only just emotions, they shouldn’t take hold of your life and make it bad. If you find your losing control of how you are feeling ask God for help. The hardest thing to control, is what is out of your reach. If a child you know keeps repeating themselves in an annoying manner, either remove yourself from the situation, ask the child to stop, discipline them, or join in their fun. Of course sometimes it isnt’ a child, and in that case, all you can do is pray. Your emotions cannot effect you, if they don’t affect your decisions. Listen to God for His plan for you, and then you should decide.

INTERVIEW KATHLEEN KELIN

WFM Hallo Kathleen. It is an honour and a privilege to be able to get to know you better. Would you like to tell us more about your background.

Kaki Hi, I’m humbled and honored to be able to share with all of the precious Frontline Magazine readers! My name is Kathleen Klein. I have three teenage daughters and I love being a Mom! In addition being a mom, I’m an exhorter, prophetic intercessor, minister, speaker, and author. I am so grateful to be actively involved in propelling God’s Kingdom through the ministry God has given Apostle David E. Taylor Founder and President of Joshua Media Ministries International, and bestselling author of the life-changing book “Face to Face Appearances with Jesus – The Ultimate Intimacy”. It is my desire to continually pursue and to know Jesus in a greater and more indepth way. I have come to realize that in everything I do and in every relationship I have, if I do not FIRST have a personal and ongoing relationship with Jesus, I will not effectively develop or find divine purpose in any current or future relationship.'

He is my passion and it is my heart to share His unfailing love to every person I meet with the expectancy of them finding Jesus in an intimate way for themselves could ever be! I also aim to encourage and to empower every believer that God has not planned failure for them, but triumphant victory! And learning that He is more real and alive than any religion, denomination, or tradition. So many Christians today have been blind-sided by Satan’s cunning deception and the faults of their past that they have not truly believed in their hearts that the Word of God is living, active, and will never return void! The Word is not meant to only work for some folks and not for others. Believing God’s Word is a matter of the heart brought about by faith, just as believing in Him for salvation is. I have come to find that it takes our belief in every facet and aspect of God to be able to receive them! He is the Ancient of Days. The Great I AM! The Beginning and the End. Can you imagine or even fathom how much more there is to Him than what anyone of us presently knows!!

He has called us to do GREATER things than Jesus did and I’m determined to keep pursuing ALL of Him! I believe and expect the same power and demonstration of the Kingdom of God that Jesus Himself taught is still alive and must be our standard message too!

HE HAS CALLED US TO DO GREATER The message of the Kingdom is what turned the world upside down back then, and it will be that same message that will change the world today!

KATHLEEN KLEIN

WFM Kathleen, will you please share your testimony with us Many people around me viewed me as a failure for not completing school, because after all, this was I was raised in Flat Rock, a small town south of Detroit, MI. USA. My what “society” deemed the proper path for “successful” young people, greatest desire when I was a little right? There were a number of girl was to be married and have factors that caused me to delay babies. I also wanted to be a completing my college courses, teacher, but didn’t want that to sadly, people tend to not want to interfere with being a wife and hear those things, they would rather mother. As time went by, I still misjudge and assume. I could have wanted to be married and to have a continued on with “My Way”, but at family. Through my high school that time, it would have crippled many people around me and divine years, I played basketball and destinies might have been missed, softball. and I could have been left on MY own.

Kaki

THE ONLY THING I THOUGHT I QUALIFIED FOR WAS TO BE A WIFE AND MOTHER

I began working and helping take care of people and things that were far more important, eternally speaking, than my personal desires in Academically, I struggled and had that season. Over the years, I have to work very hard for all my learned more and more that when we accomplishments. Many times I see a need of another and meet it, felt inadequate, not smart enough God will always meet ours. Don’t get to go to college, or smart enough to me wrong, I am not saying that we become a teacher. The only thing I should not do the necessary things thought I was still qualified for was for ourselves that will keep us in a to be a wife and mother. I place of being able to help, but

managed to go to college however, it certainly came with opposition and much hard work and I did not actually gradate.

what I am saying, is that it is important not to let those things we need prevent us from seeing what others need and from truly serving. In my mind, serving goes far beyond “doing things, when done with the right heart, it develops character and integrity within us that is required to become like Christ.

IN MY MIND, SERVING GOES FAR BEYOND ''DOING'' Although my dad made financial provisions for our home and we did not lack for anything, he was an alcoholic, making for plenty of emotional ups and downs, and disappointments while I was growing up.

My mom was the stable caregiver, keeping the family together, and the one who taught me about Jesus. When I was 8 years old, I would have prayer meetings on our front porch with kids who lived on the street. (Many got saved every time we met! ) I was always expectant that God was real and that He was always going to make sure I was going to be ok. Even though I would look around and see a degree of chaos, I was not afraid my faith was always strong and dependent upon the Lord.

KATHLEEN KLEIN

That was until I thought He needed my help to make certain things happen faster for ME. I was not free to be who God had called me to be and to do what He destined me to do because those around me did not understand that I was called to do greater things. I began controlling situations and relationships so that I could still try to juggle everything that would make me happy but I was miserable, lonely, and hurting. I kept everything bottled up inside so that I would not dump any of my problems on those around me that were already helping scores of people with their problems. Needless to say, when I could not take the pain, hurt, rejection and depression any more, it was a complete shock to those around me. They did not understand and therefore they scattered. I had one friend that was not related stand by my side.

understanding of conditional, “temporal” love and catapulted me into experiencing the unconditional love we read about in the Bible. I was literally on my face for 10 days, repenting, praying, and seeking God to find out what He wanted me to do for Him. He had already done so much for me, but that visitation brought the revelation of all He had done for me and for all of humanity to such a greater light! It was REAL! It was ALIVE!

I WAS LITERALLY ON MY FACE FOR TEN DAYS, REPENTING, PRAYING..

My passion was ignited, and my destiny was preserved and put back on track!! Satan’s only mode of operation is to steal, kill, and destroy any and everything that will drive us This led to me seeking God like I had to the promises of God and to the destiny that He planned for us never done in my life. I began (Jeremiah 29:11). Satan goes after getting myself to church to enter our hope, our faith, and our praise and worship and to be fed with His Word. I fasted, I prayed, and I understanding of God’s Love. He gets then one day, I had a visitation from us walking by how we feel and what we see, keeping us from developing JESUS! Ladies, my life was changed Love, hope, and the faith that will get instantly!! His Love was beyond any us to the things God has destined us kind of love I had ever experienced. to do and to be! WFM How did you get involved in ministry?

WFM What is your message to our readers?

Kaki

Kaki I started being actively involved in ministry in Dec 2009. Since then, I have continued to submit first and foremost to God Almighty and my spiritual father and authority and to learn as much about God, Jesus, and The Holy Spirit to effectively oppose the kingdom of darkness that threatens the lives of so many people in the Earth today, and to reap the spoils for God’s Kingdom! There’s much to do and little time, but when we seek His Kingdom FIRST, ALL these other things will come, and we will have supreme dominion, power, and authority over all that the enemy brings against us and those we love and have been called to serve!!

My prayer is that we as believers and those that we reach out to would remember above all things that it is because of God’s Love that we are anything and that we must grace then truth, and mercy before judgment, always pursue humility over pride, grace then truth, and mercy before judgment. In addition to obeying the 10 commandments that any of us religiously quote and are “rules” by which we have condemned people, when we have been called to show mercy and forgiveness. Realizing the mercy and forgiveness we have received will position our hearts to freely give both.

WOMEN'S FRONTLINE MAGAZINE

I pray that we don’t forget these matters of the heart that God is also concerned with and has told us to do: cast our cares on Jesus, take on his yolk, believe when we pray, allow perfect love to cast out all fear, in all of our ways acknowledge Him and He will direct our paths, know that we are more than conquerors, we can do all things through Christ who gives us strength, the joy of the Lord is our strength, and to love one another as He has loved us! I would love to remind you all that you have been born for purpose and on purpose! Now is your time to shine like the reflection of the Son of God! My vision for women and the church is that we would first become genuine about God and learn to truly and lovingly support each other. That we would see the traps of the enemy that keep us attacking each other. That we would not look for the opportunity for position before we endure the process to hold a position. That we would not look to see what others are saying about us, but that we would hear what God is saying. That we would diffuse competing with one another, and see opportunities to complete each

9

other. That we would not seek to be “first ladies”, before we have sought to become a lady first. Finally, that we would become so confident in the investment that God has put inside of us, that we pursue His approval before that of any man or woman, and that we guard our hearts above all things keeping them soft and pliable before Him. Allowing Him to continually mold us, shape us, and make us to be vessels of His mercy, love, and glory!!

WFM I love your passion and the vision you have for the women in this time in history. I believe that God is gathering women so that they can establish a common ground to be able to do what needs to be done at this particular time. Thank you so much for allowing us to have more insight in your life as you serve the Lord. Women's Frontline will continue to pray for you and support you with our love and prayers.

Through the pain Some of the greatest times of pain have been unveiled as the biggest times of spiritual growth in my life. Times of physical pain have birthed great intercessory times with God. Those times took my attention off of myself and onto the praises of God for others. Previous comfort, in some cases, had taken me into some apathy. That was broken in times of pain. Supercharged with a cause to pray for others going through similar circumstances kept me sane.

The mental anguish of grief has propelled me to seek the peace of God so many times. Losing loved ones always rocks my world in a way that brings forth the reality of mortality. God is always faithful as I put my trust in Him and think of the blessings of the finished work of Christ that brings forth an eternal life with Him. Praise His Holy Name! One component of my ministry is to help others in the healing of their emotions. God continues to show me the emotional rollercoaster that the enemy tries to prompt in my own life to get me off track – especially when I am getting close to a finish date of something important, or after an especially good time in the Lord where I’ve been used by Him to bring revival.

Pain makes it plain – pointing out my need for God, what The Word says about my situation, and what my godly response should be now and in the future. A recent bout with a shoulder out of place showed me many things. First of all, the problem was caused by slipping in the pool – totally my fault. I had my back against the pool and my arms outstretched on the top of the wall when it happened. Oh, such pain at that moment. For the next few days I had pain, sometimes waking in tears. Then the pain would go away during the day as moved around and got busy. Other things have added to this problem, like reaching into the back seat of the car from the front and stretching while in bed to my night stand.

oh, such pain at t hat moment! Finally, the pain remained constant and so unbearable that I moved my regular Chiropractic maintenance appointment up. She really helped me – but that first day and night, the pain was excruciating. My prayer life exploded as I couldn’t sleep and needed distraction from the pain. I also examined my attitude, which had degraded into some complaining. You would think by this age I would do a better job. My concentration was on some changes that were uncomfortable. Until all was said and done, I realized the changes were not worth the time my mind was giving them to try to figure it all out. Help me, Jesus – my Dear Jesus! You know best!

Along with the adjustments, I turned on the TV to Christian programming and joined in with the worship and prayer. I felt the worst of the pain leaving as I did. All that remained after that time was some tenderness and caution when moving about. I gratefully got back on schedule with the things of God and family that were planned that week. Back to my appointment with the doctor. She saw the results of my nutrition were less than good. So, a purification cleanse was ordered. (Well, I had thought about fasting – and here it was in a different form.) No doubt about it, she was right about my slopping eating habits – and I was wrong.

back to my appointment with the doctor God reminded me on the way home from my appointment that I had prayed, and He had led me there a long time ago. No excuses accepted! In fact, that was a shoulder issue also some years ago – only I had kept listening to my prayer partners who would pray, and I would get better momentarily, and then have trouble again.

That time my condition came to the point where I could no longer use my arm, and I was unable to get out of bed without help. So, my husband ordered me to do something! I prayed and God told me to talk to a neighbor for her Chiropractor’s number. After many adjustments (with some relief and not enough progress), a referral came to see a surgeon. He said all I needed were some specific exercises. Painful as they were at first, I began to get better. What a relief! Our Great Physician cares so much, and uses the giftings He has given to man to help us.

So, my husband ordered me to do something! Today, after routine care and the purification fast, I am feeling well again. Praise God! I tell these stories just to point out that this is what happens to us spiritually. Sometimes we need an expert, sometimes some purification, and much exercise of the Word. Lord help us! We need Your help in so many ways! Send the fire to burn up everything that is not of you. Lead us to those who can help us. And, get us healed up so we can help others! Help us not to be so prideful that we think we can do it all ourselves. We still believe in supernatural healing and spiritual events; but there seems to be some times when God just allows us to come along the hard way in order to teach us a more lasting lesson. Help all of us to learn our lessons well – and apply them – so that we can glorify You, Dear Lord!

There is such vibrance in the body of Christ. Yet, rarely do we see His intended operation. The uniqueness of Christ in each of us is so desperate to pour out in our territories….our fields of ministry. Yet, we tend to either fall into the usual traditional places or get placed in expected places. Familiar places. Such danger lies in this….for fruitfulness will lack. Christ designed you and I for abundance…not speaking of material things..but abundant ministry. The outpouring of our own hearts into other hearts in need. There will be a slow death inside day after day when this does not happen. There will be no joy personally and others will also miss out on Christ in you. When the scriptures tell us the members of the body work together…this is very true. I recently had the blessing of praying with a group of ministers who had distinct gifts of the Holy Spirit. Not talents mind you…but the gifts of the Spirit we learn of in the New Testament.

Christ designed you and I for abundance… There is a difference. I have never in all my years experienced the power in that little circle as I did that day. I saw the mind and heart of Christ come forward so distinctly it blew my mind. He truly does speak through His people today just as He did in the past. Each heart was different..knew Him different..and He used each one differently.

by Shelly Wilson Yet, submitting one to another was so beautiful and easy as we desired so much to hear the heart of our Father. Hearing that which He was sharing in each personal closet edified us all. For I see many times there is a common thread among His people. But it’s only seen and heard as it is shared with one another….much like Paul explains in the New Testament church.

Of course I started on the ground level. I had to learn the daily grind I’ve shared in the past my life in the medical field….God saw fit to put in my life a wise boss. He took a little girl with little experience and trained her to lead. Of course I started on the ground level. I had to learn the daily grind, the struggles of the beginning, the sweat and tears of success and failure. He was careful that his counsel was always from a place of encouragement. I never once saw him tear down..only build up. He also never let you hide your talents…he always called them forward for the good of the team. As I ponder those lessons from my past knowing Christ works all things out for good..and all things seem to be training for future things..I

PAPER DOLLS ..I remembered that his heart was always to push me to more. To not be afraid to fail…but to be willing to risk. To keep reaching higher and going further. To be willing to try creative measures to get to the end goal. To think outside the box. To dream big. To care for your people and their families..as well as our customers and their families. He taught me how to build relationships that built trust. He also taught me to surround myself with a team of people that was diverse and gifted in specific areas. I learned success was much quicker and that building a team with exact likeness was much less wise than a team with various strengths and weaknesses. I also learned to “know my team.” Know where their strengths lie..know who to send where to gain the greatest success.

Looking back I realize this is also the philosophy of Jesus. Of course success to Him is not worldly…it involves souls and hearts. He gifted each uniquely to accomplish something only they can accomplish. You and I ….as well as others…will only benefit from that which you are called to do..uniquely. Your “way”, your “style”, your “delivery” of that which Christ has given you can be done by no other. No one has the experiences with Christ that you do. Your mountains and valleys are unique to you.

CORRIE TEN BOOM 1892-1983 BIOGRAPHY Cornelia "Corrie" ten Boom was born in Haarlem, Netherlands, in 1892, and grew up in a devoutly religious family. During World War II, she and her family harbored hundreds of Jews to protect them from arrest by Nazi authorities. Betrayed by a fellow Dutch citizen, the entire family was imprisoned. Corrie survived and started a worldwide ministry and later told her story in a book entitled The Hiding Place. Early LifeCornelia Arnolda Johanna ten Boom was born on April 15, 1892, in Haarlem, Netherlands, near Amsterdam. Known as "Corrie" all her life, she was the youngest child, with two sisters, Betsie and Nollie, and one brother, Willem. Their father, Casper, was a jeweler and watchmaker. Cornelia was named after her mother.

The ten Boom family lived in the Beje house in Haarlem (short for Barteljorisstraat, the street where the house was located) in rooms above Casper's watch shop. Family members were strict Calvinists in the Dutch Reformed Church. Faith inspired them to serve society, offering shelter, food and money to those in need. In this tradition, the family held a deep respect for the Jewish community in Amsterdam, considering them "God's ancient people." After the death of her mother and a disappointing romance, Corrie trained to be a watchmaker and in 1922 became the first woman licensed as a watchmaker in Holland. Over the next decade, in addition to working in her father's shop, she established a youth club for teenage girls, which provided religious instruction as well as classes in the performing arts, sewing and handicrafts.

World War II Changes Everything In May 1940, the German Blitzkrieg ran though the Netherlands and the other Low Countries. Within months, the "Nazification" of the Dutch people began and the quiet life of the ten Boom family was changed forever. During the war, the Beje house became a refuge for Jews, students and intellectuals. The faรงade of the watch shop made the house an ideal front for these activities. A secret room, no larger than a small wardrobe closet, was built into Corrie's bedroom behind a false wall. The space could hold up to six people, all of whom had to stand quiet and still.

A crude ventilation system was installed to provide air for the occupants. When security sweeps came through the neighborhood, a buzzer in the house would signal danger, allowing the refugees a little over a minute to seek sanctuary in the hiding place. Yes there was Isaac and Ishmael by default because of Sarah’s disobedience and impatience with God! Not allowing God to give her the child of the promise we end up with the child of adultery! I am telling you that through pain, through the default, my God still has a way of getting the glory out of each individual story! By default Deborah was written down in history as a mighty woman of war!!!

Giving up was and never is an option, as we proclaim his name even in the face of persecution and annilation.

The Takeover Takeover is an act of assuming control of something, especially the buying out of one company by another Over the years I have had areas where Christ whispered “protect MY vision.” It is a huge responsibility to lead a vision. Any company, whether ministry minded or even in the secular world, with a keen sense of direction will also attest to this. Many times vision becomes skewed or blurred as others come on board. This is usually not intentional or even abnormal. It just happens. However, we must look at scripture to see how God operates. God first calls/chooses a leader. Remember, “the word of the Lord came..” A leader with His vision already planted in him. He gives a man or woman a vision to implement. Not just any vision. Christ’s vision. To enter into a ministry, company, or business without the understanding and ability to come under the vision can be devastating to Christ’s vision, His heart, and His people. It may cripple or kill a vision…leading to even the death of a ministry. Isn’t it true as we read the story of

"There is such a distinct “happening” in the spiritual realm. I suspect it will become more so as the days continue. I continue to see this particular inroad of the enemy over the last few years. As I was praying this morning I heard the word “takeover..” "

Nehemiah? He was given the vision to rebuild the broken walls. He then had to implement that vision. He had to know where the breaches were in the walls and how to delegate the people, a unified team, into the appropriate places. He also had to discern the enemy’s inward road to try to cease the work. Swords were in one hand while work was continued in the other. He was the overseer….trusted by God to implement a vision given from a burden of the Lord. It takes great courage to stand firm in vision. He could have easily given way to a secondary vision. Yet, He knew the task at hand very clearly. There were no others as Christ placed the burden within and upon Him initially. He was the one in anguish over the news as He served as Cupbearer to the King. It was Nehemiah Christ called to Jerusalem to view the devastation. It was Nehemiah who pondered in his heart without telling anyone the vision until he had a clear understanding of Christ’s heart in the matter. Nehemiah was the one weeping and fasting before the Lord in sorrow. He was overwhelmed with the heart of God Himself.

It truly is critical to consume and pour out the scripture that urges us to “submit one to another..as unto the Lord.” It’s disturbing to our hearts once we find ourselves in the midst of error. Suddenly we are in the middle of a Takeover… accomplishing was good work..yes. But not the best work. Likewise, when Mary of Bethany also entered a room and headed straight to Jesus, His very own disciples were angry because she wasted expensive oil that could have fed the poor. Their accusation wasn’t all together wrong..after all the perfume was possibly a year’s wages and feeding the poor is truly a wonderful and admirable thing…however, they may have known truth…but in that moment they completely missed the heart of Christ. Sadly, these were the very ones who walked with Him daily. This should cause us to pause….and understand we too are vulnerable to deception. None of us are above it. As we walk with Christ, Satan knows we will see certain deceptions. The coming days will have deception that is masked with goodness and even purpose that seems honorable. We must look at the life of Christ, how He handles people, comb His Word for application, and humbly see inside the hearts of others. If not very careful we can easily miss His heart as well while knowing every truth word for word.

A Takeover is not always easy to see or discern. This is where pride will have to die and we will have to heed every warning in our spirit even when it makes no sense to us. Usually there is a force that is one of constant opposition. It usually isn’t seen for some time. You will look back and recognize the checks in your spirit that you dismissed at the time. It is usually a very quiet and subtle deception that undermines behind the scenes. Jesus instructs us to walk in the light. In Him there is no darkness. There is also usually less heart focus on people and more on protocol and process. There seems to be a measure of grace missing when this occurs. There will be a pressing and unusual forceful entry of what seems a helpful alliance. Until one day the vision no longer even exists. Should Nehemiah have not been discerning…the vision God gave Him would have been derailed from an inward deception. (Remember Tobias…in the book of Nehemiah) There is also usually a persistence…and coming again and again. Spirits opposing a Kingdom work will not easily leave a territory. You will have to fight to possess the land. This is clear in scripture.

Most will not even try to turn the ship around…by the time truth is revealed exhaustion has set in, wounding has occurred in hearts, and Satan has divided the team. For it will take great courage and strength in Jesus to face the battle and change course. One thing I recently read that has stayed with me so vividly is this quote: “many times we add to the initial vision God gave us. Yet, the anointing is on the original utterance.” I have found this to be so true in my own life as at times I find I have added to that which Christ spoke to me initially..and in many areas and in many other ministries I am now seeing many having to turn their ships around to the original vision before a subtle Takeover occurs and the authentic vision collapses.

But Praise God for those facing it head on. For many hearts and eternal implications are at stake. It’s not just about your destiny but the many others that Christ intended you to impact through His vision. So remember to be strong and courageous….and never refrain from turning the ship around.

True Worship True worship is in honor and adoration to the Lord God our maker. We worship the Lord too with our substance, gifts and talents. Since I am in the place of offering my worship to Him through the ministering of songs, I will focus more on that. The only key needed here is when it is in Spirit and in truth. No true worshiper waits for the condition to be right before they worship. A great example in the Bible is King David. He worshiped God in the wilderness, where no one noticed him, but the all-knowing God took notice of him, picked him from nothing and placed him into Kingship to reign over his people. He worshiped God in good and in bad, knowing that “many are the affliction of the righteous man but the Lord shall deliver him from all.

I will praise thee with my whole heart: before the gods will I sing praise unto thee. I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy loving-kindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name. In the day when I cried thou answeredst me, and strengthenedst me with strength in my soul (Psalms 138 1-3 KJV). True worshipers are found because they are few and scarce. True worship gives us favor with God. I have found David my servant; with my holy oil have I anointed him (Psa 89:20 KJV). Beloved, God's heart is after true worshippers. Will He find you?

"Worship has no formula or place, race or ethnicity. The only thing that qualifies true worship is when it is in spirit and in truth not in buildings.'' Worship has no formula or place, race or ethnicity. The only thing that qualifies true worship is when it is in spirit and in truth—not in buildings. It is not the voice or the fame of the person. The vessel that offers the worship too is very important. Many times, we consider singing church songs and other expressions involved with it as worship.

Jesus saith unto her, Woman, believe me, the hour cometh, when ye shall neither in this mountain, nor yet at Jerusalem, worship the Father. Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews. But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. God is a Spirit: and they that Beloved, we can sing church songs worship him must worship him in spirit and hype up the congregation but the only way we can bring the hand of and in truth (Joh 4:21:24 KJV) God is when the vessel that is bringing Him worship has a right standing with There was a specific place in the olden days where the people of God, the Him. The fact that we go to church Israelites offered their worship to God. does not make us Christians. Likewise, the fact that we sing church When the time came, they had to come from every corner to give their worship songs or join the church choir does and sacrifice on mountains and in not make us worshippers. It is only in Jerusalem (Zac 14:16:17). Spirit and in truth that qualifies us as worshippers. In the verse above, the Lord was informing the woman about a time to Our lifestyle and obedience to God's word is a form of worship too as it says come when the place of worship will not be focused in places but in spirit and in in Romans 12:1: “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of truth-- the only criteria that will be accepted to God. Beloved, without God, that ye present your bodies a personal relationship with God, we too living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service cannot worship right—that is the crises Abraham was told to offer his only son we facing now in our Churches today. Isaac. He acted in obedience as worship and reverence to God. (Gen 22). He didn’t sing songs.

TRUE WORSHIP We scream and shout, hitting high notes without His presence yet it tickles the ears of the congregation. True worshipers are scarce and the Father is seeking for such. A true worshiper, who knows God has personal relationship with him is able to invoke His presence. When He stands before God and call upon Him, He shows up and all bear witness that His presence was there. The presence is able to break yokes and destroys the assignment of the wicked one. Take David for example: And it came to pass, when the evil spirit from God was upon Saul, that David took an harp, and played with his hand: so Saul was refreshed, and was well, and the evil spirit departed from him (1Sa 16:23 KJV). Or let us look at 2 Chronicles 20:17-24. King Jehoshaphat and the army of the Lord overcame their enemies with no sweat through their Worship and praise. Give unto the LORD the glory due unto his name: bring an offering, and come before him: worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness (1Ch 16:29 KJV). Today, we have so many people with talents and great voices, and people who preach good messages and sermons but their lifestyle speaks

something different. Beloved, it is in true worship alone that the Father is well pleased. The Lord Jesus was a true worshiper to His Father. So any worship or sacrifice that does not manifest the nature of Christ will surely be denied. Even though it might sound good in our ears and look good in the eyes of men. Take thou away from me the noise of thy songs; for I will not hear the melody of thy viols. But let judgment run down as waters, and righteousness as a mighty stream (Amos 5:23:24 KJV). True worship is always in the spirit. You hear the tune of Heaven and apply it on earth. When Heaven bears witness of what is being offered here on earth, I consider that as prophetic. When Heaven bears witness to our genuine worship and sacrifice, Heaven cannot be silent but comes down here on earth to receive it. God’s presence fills the temple and His glory is seen. Beloved, when we are tuned with the Holy Spirit, we will know exactly what worship is acceptable to the Father. When we yield to the Spirit or flow with Him, we can bring the right worship to God. A worship(er) in Spirit and in truth is what He is looking for: will He find you?

Prophetic worship invokes God's presence and has a weight of glory. Now when Solomon had made an end of praying, the fire came down from heaven, and consumed the burnt offering and the sacrifices; and the glory of the LORD filled the house. And the priests could not enter into the house of the LORD, because the glory of the LORD had filled the LORD'S house. And when all the children of Israel saw how the fire came down, and the glory of the LORD upon the house, they bowed themselves with their faces to the ground upon the pavement, and worshipped, and praised the LORD, saying,

For he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever (2 Chronicles 7:1-3 KJV). Beloved, when we are tuned with the Holy Spirit, we will know exactly what worship is acceptable to the Father. When we yield to the Spirit or flow with Him, we can bring the right worship to God. A worship(er) in Spirit and in truth is what He is looking for: will He find you?
