Our accessible multi-arts projects for young people with ASN and their families are running in person one-to-one and small group supportive sessions for participants and their families. EVENTS Please call us to book your session 0131 458 3267 or email info@whalearts.co.uk SPROG ROCK GIG Sun 20th Feb, 1:30pm & 3:30pm Do you love to dance, jump and wiggle to the beat? Join epic Sprog Rock as they take to the outdoor stage at WHALE Arts. This lively gig has been produced especially for little ones and their grown-ups to enjoy. It’s live, interactive and lots of fun; suitable for babies and youngsters up to around five to six years old and, of course, family and friends should come along too and join in the silliness. Check out some Sprog Rock tunes beforehand on the Bookbug app! Along with live music, we will also be having live pizza making in the garden, polished off with toasted marshmallows on the fire. VALENTINES DAY DANCE SESSIONS Monday 14th February Adults 3.30pm - 4.15pm (18+) Kids 4.15 - 5pm (Ages 5 - 18) Join us for a fun, creative and interactive valentines themed session including a range of different dance styles! All abilities welcome! GARDEN DAYS Sat 12th and Sat 26th Feb 1-3pm Join us at the Whale Community Allotment to learn about soil preparation, building a polytunnel and planting vegetables. Tree planting day in March, also! (Date to be announced on Facebook) EXHIBITIONS Room For Art, 24th Jan - 14th Feb Stitch N Time, 21st Feb - 19th Mar smARTcraft 21 Mar - 26 Apr MEMBERS BREAKFASTS First Tuesday of the month 9am -10am. (1st Mar, 5th April, 3rd May) Members are invited to a Members’ Breakfast meeting on the first Tuesday of every month. These events are a chance to come together, meet and make new connections. This is also an excellent opportunity to discuss what is going on at WHALE currently and have a say in what happens here in the future. New members welcome!
