At Zide Siegel Tabor Spigel LLC (ZSTS Law Group), we help individuals and families across Maryland to confront and resolve family law, adoption, bankruptcy, traffic, and criminal matters.

Marla Zide represents clients in matters of family law and adoption. Her honors are numerous; Zide has been named as one of Super Lawyers Top 50 Women since 2014 and listed in Super Lawyers Top 100 since 2015. Robert Siegel joined the firm as a partner in 2018 bringing two decades of experience in bankruptcy, DUI, traffic, and criminal law. He has since expanded into family law as well. Both Zide and Seigel have represented clients throughout Maryland for over 20 years.

Joshua Tabor, a partner since 2021, handles all matters related to family law and represents clients in protective order cases, civil district court matters, and criminal matters. Kelley Spigel joined the firm as a partner in August 2022 and concentrates exclusively on family law. Spigel is a Parent Coordinator, active in several counties.

Lisa Windsor, the firm director in charge of ZSTS’s Eastern Shore office, has over a decade of experience in family law matters. Windsor has been appointed as a children’s Best Interest Attorney and serves as a family law mediator available to assist in multiple counties. Taylor Michetti joined the firm in August 2022 after a judicial clerkship in Prince George’s County with the Honorable Crystal D. Mittelstaedt. Michetti will be concentrating on family law.

Frank earned his law degree from Hofstra Law School and a Master of Laws in Taxation (LLM) from University of Baltimore. Since 2005, he has focused his entire practice on estate planning. He began his legal career as a Judge Advocate in the United State Marine Corps and previously serve as the General Counsel for the Special Inspector General for Iraq Reconstruction.
