Reporting In

All military personnel, officer and enlisted, should report to the respective personnel office listed below. At the time of check-in, members should bring their original orders, and supporting detachment documents from their last duty station. Personnel on PCS and TDY orders must obtain a Certificate of Non-Availability (C.N.A.) if both Navy Lodge and NGIS are booked. C.N.A.s for PCS orders will be issued by the Navy Lodge and C.N.A.s for TDY orders will be issued by the NGIS. C.N.A.s must be issued prior to arrival date. All military personnel conducting business must be in the Uniform of the Day.

Officer Personnel—121 Blake Road, USNA

All officers reporting to the Naval Academy should report to Officer Personnel located in the Larson Hall, Room 108, between the hours of 0800-1300. If arriving after Naval Academy business hours report to the Main Office in Bancroft Hall, 101 Buchanan Rd., to have orders endorsed. The following business day report to Officer Personnel with endorsed orders to complete the official check-in paperwork.

Enlisted Personnel—15 Bennion Road, Naval Support Activity Annapolis

All enlisted personnel assigned to the Naval Academy should report during duty hours to the Enlisted Personnel Office located at Naval Support Activity Annapolis, 15 Bennion Road. During non-duty hours report to the Main Office located in Bancroft Hall, 101 Buchanan Road, USNA.

The Department of the Navy Housing Service Center is available to meet all of your housing needs. Personnel must first report to the Navy Housing

Referral staff, who will assist them in locating housing on-base, off-base or

within the local area. For a copy of the Housing Application, please visit: http://navymwrannapolis.com and click on Lodging and Housing > Housing > Family Housing. Military Family Housing on and surrounding the base is administered by a partnership between the Department of Navy and Liberty Military Housing (PPV – Public Private Venture). Liberty Military Housing is the manager of PPV Housing for USNA/NSA Annapolis. Lincoln Military Housing (LMH) offers a wide array of communities catering to our enlisted and officer service members. Conveniently located on the grounds of USNA and NSA Annapolis, homes are just steps away from downtown Annapolis. LMH has 3 and 4 bedroom homes with such amenities as hardwood floors, renovated kitchens, ample storage, garage parking and fenced-in backyards. All homes are pet friendly and utilities are included. The Housing Office offers tours of the model home Monday through Friday 7:30 - 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Housing in the local area is available through the Rental Partnership Program (RPP) or private property owners. Through the Rental Partnership Program families can usually move into one to three bedroom apartment homes, within a 15-30 minute commute of USNA/NSA Annapolis. No credit check or security deposits are required. Lease terms are for one year and rent must be paid by allotment. Personnel must obtain a Letter of Eligibility from the Navy Housing Service Center staff prior to signing any lease agreements with the Apartment Complex Leasing Office. Private property owners also support the local housing market by making their real estate rentals/sales available to military families. Unaccompanied Housing

Bldg. 47 Reina Mercedes Hall, NSAA 410-293-9066; open 24 hours, 7 days a week

Unaccompanied Housing is available for single junior personnel E4 and below. All newly reporting personnel are required to report to the Unaccompanied Housing office located at Bldg. 47 (Reina Mercedes Hall). All others can secure private-leased residence through the Navy Housing Service Center. Unaccompanied Housing facilities consist of two buildings: Reina Mercedes Hall (Bldg. 47) and Fuller Hall (Bldg. 46) which house permanent party residents. Reservation requests may be made by the member or sponsor. Geographic Bachelor (GB) NSA Annapolis Unaccompanied Housing can provide berthing to GBs attached to the NSAA or tenant commands only after approval from the Unaccompanied Housing Assignment Review Board (UHARB). GBs should have temporary housing arrangements prior to reporting aboard NSAA/USNA, as the approval process can take a week or longer.

Navy Gateway Inns & Suites (NGIS), Annapolis

NGIS Annapolis is located on the Yard of the U.S. Naval Academy and has 13 Deluxe and 3 DVQ Suites. Eligibility requirements are: Priority 1 — U.S Armed Forces, DoD civilians, DoD contractors and sponsored foreign nationals on official travel. Priority 2 – Active, Reserve and Retired U.S. Armed Forces and eligible family members, Active DoD Civilians on leisure travel and foreign military personnel authorized by the Installation Commander. Room amenities: HD TV’s with premium channels, cordless phones, refrigerator/microwave, coffee maker, king or queen size bed, sleeper sofa and electric fireplace and kitchen in some rooms. Facility amenities: guest laundry area, fully equipped common kitchen, ice and vending machine, 24-hour fax, designated parking space, complimentary WiFi and on-site dining facility.
