Monarch Butterfly
Monarchs have a remarkable long-distance migration. North America, monarchs overwinter in both Mexico along the California coast. A monarch can fly up to miles (4,345 km). Milkweed is the host plant for the monarch butterfly, so make sure you plant plenty
Great Blue Heron
Great Blue Herons look enormous in flight, with a six-foot wingspan. Male Great Blue Herons collect sticks for the female to build the nest over 3-14 days. Herons can eat up to 11 pounds of fish a day, about the same weight as two bags of flour.

American Bullfrog
Bullfrogs are the largest species of frog in the U.S. They usually spend 2 winters as tadpoles and live around 8 years. Bullfrogs can jump distances 10 times their body length, and a fully grown bullfrog can jump as far as 6 feet.
