Stay Fit in the Water!
Exercising in water is beneficial for anyone with joint problems. The resistance of water builds muscle and endurance more efficiently than exercising on land. Range of motion increases and the buoyancy of the water lessens the impact on joints.
AquaFit Class
The use of aqua noodles, water barbells, steps, resistance bands and great choreography combine to help you get fit without impact on your joints.
H2O Flow Class
Get stronger without stress on your joints. This class includes flowing, gentle full-range movements, light cardio and strength exercises.
