competition will buy prime from many parts of the country due to the limited supply.
We are wet aging the product to the specifications
we have laid out in this program. Compared to our
competition who may send product aged anywhere from 10 days to 60 days. Our program will ensure consistently aged product arrives to the end user every single time.
Our team will meticulously sort through master cases to find loins within two pounds or less variance. Adhering to a specification this tight allows our
customer to have the peace of mind that the steaks
they cut will be just as consistent as if they purchased portion-controlled steaks from Allen Brothers.
