Q: What are you most looking forward to about college athletics? A: Getting to play college baseball is going to be a really exciting thing for me.

Q: How did you decide to golf at the collegiate level? A: When you play a sport, there’s a point where you get so serious that you know you’re working toward the collegiate level. I’ve wanted to reach this level since I was 10.

Q: What do you hope to accomplish while playing baseball in college? A: I hope to become really great, work hard and be sucessful. Hopefully, I can achieve that on the field and in the classroom as well.

Q: What are you most looking forward to most about participating in college athletics? A: For golf it is mostly an individual sport in high school, but in college it’s more about the team.

UNC-Wilmington, Division I Golf Q: What are you most looking forward to about college athletics? A: I’m really excited to travel. We have the chance to go across the country because if you qualify you get to travel to places like California and Louisiana. Q: What do you hope to accomplish in your time at UNCWilmington? A: My goal is to be as successful as I can be in my golf, while still being successful in the classroom.

Gardner-Webb University, Division I Cheerleading Q: What are you most looking forward to about college athletics? A: I am definitely excited for the strength difference. In high school it’s usually stunt groups, and in college it’s mainly partner stunting. In college it’s dead floor tumbling rather than spring board tumbling. Q: What advice would you offer underclassmen trying out for cheerleading? A: If you’re going to try out for cheerleading, be confident. Confidence is important.

Brevard College, Division II Soccer

UNC-Asheville, Division I Volleyball Q: What are you most looking forward to most about participating in college athletics? A: I’ve always wanted to play in college; it’s the next step. I’m excited to be finally doing it. Q: What advice would you give to underclassmen trying out for volleyball in the fall? A: I would advise them to work as hard as they can. They should never give up and know that if they keep trying, they will make it eventually.

Brevard College, Division II Soccer Q: What are you most looking forward to most about participating in college athletics? A: Being able to play with my best friend in college is going to be awesome. Q: What do you like most about Brevard College? A: The team is a really special group of kids. They’re all really funny and nice. Coach Morrison seems cool, too. I love the team, my friends and the food at the school is great. Also, I really like the campus. Everything fits into the moutain setting.

Salem College, Division II Softball

Q: How do you think playing soccer at West has prepared you for soccer at Brevard? A: I played club soccer for the most part, so that is the reason why I’m so prepared. I have played on varsity since I was a freshman, and that is also a really big part of why I feel ready to play for Brevard.

Q: What are you most looking forward to most about participating in college athletics? A: I am looking forward to playing at a higher level of competition. Playing with people I’ve never played with before will be fun. I like that the pressure is off. There’s pressure to win, but I’m already on the team.

Q: What are you most looking forward to about college athletics? A: I’m just excited to be a part of something, and the coach is really awesome.

Q: How do you feel about attending a women’s college? A: I’m a little nervous about it, but I’ve spoken to some of the girls that go there, and they say it’s not problem.
