There’s been a lot of confusion about whether it is safe to spend time outdoors during the spread of COVID-19, but many agree that nature is a needed balm when people are going stircrazy inside their homes. City Council holds 1st virtual meeting: Electric charging stations coming to Shoreview SHOREVIEW — The first virtual meeting of the Shoreview City Council was not without a technical difficulty or two, but still allowed council members to conduct regular business amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
