COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS Masks are mandatory and must be worn inside all recreation facilities, except when exercising. Children under 12 years of age or anyone with a health condition that precludes them from wearing a mask remain exceptions.

The City of White Rock is committed to meeting the strict health and safety guidelines as set out by the Provincial Health Officer, WorkSafeBC and Fraser Health. All programs and activities must be pre registered and will follow strict guidelines to ensure the health and safety of both participants and staff. Facilities and programs will operate with reduced capacity and there will be increased frequency and cleaning of all high touch surfaces.

Please bring a mask with you on every visit to our recreation facilities and wear it anytime you are moving around the facility.

Fundamental skills will be taught in a fun format. Children will work towards achieving their WRRC badges for skating. Skates and helmets can be rented for the duration of the lesson set. Rentals must be purchased at the time of registration. Please use your own helmet if you have one. Please register in the correct level. Beyond Osteofit 2

Beyond Osteofit 2 is designed for those who are actively mobile and want to further improve strength and balance as well as cardio fitness. This class focuses on a strong cardio component plus strength and balance exercises. This class does involve mat work so participants must be comfortable getting to and from the floor.
