I am a born and raised local from Barnstable with family roots back to the 1630s in Plymouth. I went to Barnstable High School and graduated from Mount Holyoke College Cum Laude Psi Chi. In addition to being a Realtor, I spin wild tales as a novelist for teens, and work-for-hire as a graphic artist for businesses and other authors. I live with my family in Sagamore Beach. I carefully assess market value of homes, and research comparable sales for both purchase and sale. I will strategize, prepare and negotiate all offers and contract documents providing the maximum investment value for you, whether you Buy or Sell.
You are NEVER alone when you work with me. I'll advise you and negotiate any inspection issues and remedies. I'll coordinate closing details and ensure compliance with offer details. I'm on it and you'll be kept in the loop every step of the way!
