Create a foundation of cultural awareness and knowledge at all levels of our business, driven and supported by leadership.

Invest the time to get to know the Aboriginal communities that you operate in: there are plenty of opportunities for collaboration.

We continue to raise internal awareness about Aboriginal procurement opportunities. This will be an increasing focus in 2013 and 2014.

Review all divisions recruitment and retention strategies to support sustainable Aboriginal employment at all levels and across all disciplines.

Continue corporate office cadetship program.
