WHY IT’S WORTH IT.
“My time as an Apogee Scholar has given me the freedom to expand my leadership abilities, reach for more, and create a meaningful impact on the world around me. At the start of my Widener experience, I would have never dreamed of leading the campuswide event known now as Courage Week. However, my experiences in this program have allowed me to gain confidence in myself and my abilities as a leader, allowing me to step far beyond my initial comfort zone and take on amazing new opportunities!” ~Eliza Meals ‘21 Management (concentration in operations) and business analytics
