CATC: Aviation Training Center: 2019

The project is a continuation and part of U-Tapao Airport masterplan. The project proposing a development plan of the training academy within the airport. Hence, the project analyze the economic benefit and potential of the scheme which is done in conjunction between US team "Strategie+" local team and subcontract company

The contributed job is a co-ordination and translations of the functionality from Strategy + into a local document and translate the strategy into masterplan and development scheme

The training center and hangar is the cornerstone of CATC's proposed campus development at U-Tapao. and part of an even broader initiative to transform U-Tapao International Airport into a regional aviation hub. This initiative includes construction on a new Terminal 3, high-speed train station, cargo facilities, MRO campuses, MRO Apron, supporting infrastructure The CATC masterplan is comprised of multiple facilities phased throughout the projects initial Phase. This Facilities Plan focuses on the 30,000 sq.m. Hangar & Training Building, which makes up 44 percent of the total proposed built area under the masterplan
