計畫名稱：台灣野鳥家禽流行性感冒病毒學監測及流行病學研究
一 、中文摘要： 為配合家禽AI病毒防治工作，監控野禽攜帶病毒亞型之變化，由 專業的鳥類觀察人員提供候鳥族群野外資訊，選擇台北、宜蘭、嘉義、 台南、高雄等重要候鳥棲息地，及視候鳥聚居狀況選擇之離島或其他 候鳥聚集地為樣區，於候鳥春季與秋季過境期間、度冬期間進行採樣 工作，採回分離病毒所需之3,600樣本數量，進行病毒檢測工作。至 12月18日，已完成3,623樣本之採樣，分離出7種、23個弱病毒株，其 中嘉義10月份於鴨科鳥類共驗出3種、7弱病毒株；高雄則由鴨科鳥類 驗出1種、3弱病毒株，及鷺科鳥類1種、2弱病毒株。 二 、英文摘要： Professional investigator provided migration bird population message forprevention of poultry AI virus and monitoring the changing of virus subtype on wild birds. We choose Taipei, Ilan, Chiayi, Tainan and Kaohsiung as sample area. Fecal sampling was conducted on visiting birds during the spring and autumn bird migration seasons. 3,623 samples was collected and tested until 18th December, with 23 of those samples testing positive for 7 subtypes of weakened strains of the avian flu virus. 三 、計畫目的： 繼續進行採樣監測，增加監測之候鳥鳥種，與養禽場周圍候鳥排 遺之採樣，除分析不同遷徙鳥種遷徙路徑與病毒株分析結果之關係 外，尚欲瞭解棲地消失，覓食環境減少，部分候鳥是否會穿過破損的 圍網進入養禽場中覓食而形成另一個交互感染的途徑。
