As America's go-to guy for foraging, I'm very busy leading foraging tours for the public, for schools, day camps, museums, scouts, and other organizations, throughout the Greater NY area. I also write books and apps on the subject, experiment with wild vegan recipes, continue to educate myself about wild plants and science, play chess with my iPad (I used to be a class A-rated US Chess Federation player), and play jazz on the Brillophone.
