I didn’t know I’d be starting a company, all I wanted was to make dinner. My kids had dietary restrictions, so opening a box of store bought macaroni and cheese was not an option. I needed to create meals that were nutritious, delicious, unprocessed, and easy to prepare. Mostly, I wanted to make dinners my family would love.

Wildtree was founded on the premise that food should be simple, healthy, natural, and easy to prepare - all at the same time.

Magnificent, healthful meals in minutes. Is that too much to ask? Back then, it was. So my parents (Frank and Judy) pitched in and we all started experimenting with herbs and spices. We put some interesting combinations together for pizza, pasta, roast chicken, barbecue … storing them in recipe-sized bags made prep time incredibly fast.

My neighbors wanted some. My friends wanted some. We started bringing our culinary blends to local fairs and then somebody said, “How about selling them at home parties?”

So instead of using preservatives, additives, MSG or dyes, Wildtree products are made with the finest natural and organic ingredients available. Instead of “good for you” foods with all the flavor of sawdust, Wildtree products are taste-tested winners. Instead of lengthy, complicated, time-consuming recipes, Wildtree products enable you to create spectacular, great-tasting dishes with just three or four ingredients.

¾ cup walnuts ½ cup ground flaxseed ½ teaspoon cinnamon 4 tablespoons Wildtree Hearty Oatmeal Mix-In: Coconut ½ cup almond butter 2 ½ cups old fashioned oats 1 tablespoon Wildtree Organic Coconut Oil 1 /3 cup honey 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ½ cup mini dark chocolate morsels ¼ teaspoon salt 1 In a food processor, grind walnuts to medium/fine grind. Add flaxseed and process for 30 seconds. Add cinnamon, Hearty Oatmeal Mix-In: Coconut, almond butter, oats, Organic Coconut Oil, honey, and vanilla extract. Process for 20 seconds.

2 Place mixture into covered storage container and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

3 When ready to roll, remove refrigerated mix and add mini dark chocolate morsels and salt.

1 package Wildtree Quick and Easy Beer Bread Mix 1 (12 ounce) beer at room temperature 1 Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

2 In a medium bowl, combine the Quick and Easy Beer Bread Mix with the beer. Transfer to the loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean.

3 Cool bread in the pan for 5 minutes, then turn out onto wire rack to cool completely.

Irish Soda Bread Serves 6 Prep: 10 minutes // Cook: 30-40 minutes Calories: 200; Fat: 4.5g; Saturated Fat: 2.5g; Carbohydrate: 35g; Fiber: 1g; Protein: 5g; Cholesterol: 10mg; Sodium: 350mg

1 package Wildtree Easy Irish Soda Bread 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, soft ½ cup + 2 tablespoons milk ¼ cup dried cranberries

Irish Soda Bread

1 Preheat oven to 375°F. 2 Empty the package of Easy Irish Soda Bread into a large bowl.

3 Add butter and milk and mix just until the dough forms.

4 Fold in dried cranberries and form into slightly flattened round about 1-inch thick.

Grease a 9-inch round cake pan and place the dough in the center of the cake pan.

5 Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.

6 Allow bread to cool on a rack 10-15 minutes before serving.

Tarte Tatin Serves 12 Prep: 30 minutes // Cook: 40 minutes Calories: 300; Fat: 8g; Saturated Fat: 5g; Carbohydrate: 20g; Fiber: 3g; Protein: 3g; Cholesterol: 20mg; Sodium: 180mg

6 golden delicious apples, peeled and halved 1 lemon, zested and juiced 1 ½ cups granulated sugar, separated 6 tablespoons butter 1 package Wildtree Easy Irish Soda Bread, dough prepared according to package directions 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. 2 Slice each half of apple into 8 half moons.

3 Toss the apple slices with the lemon zest, juice, and ½ cup sugar and let sit for 20 minutes; drain.

4 In a 9-inch skillet, melt the butter.

5 Stir in the remaining sugar and cook until it caramelizes and turns a light brown color.

6 Remove the pan from heat and carefully arrange the apple slices in a circular pattern in the pan.

7 Return to medium heat and cook for 25 minutes, covering after 10 minutes.

8 Roll out the Easy Irish Soda Bread dough into a 10-inch circle.

9 Drape the dough over the apples and tuck the edges into the pan.

10 Cut four steam holes in the dough and bake for 20 minutes or until the dough is golden brown.

11 Let cool for 2 minutes, invert onto a serving platter, and serve with ice cream or whipped cream.

1 pound ground beef 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped ¼ cup breadcrumbs 1 egg, beaten 1 teaspoon Wildtree Rancher Steak Rub 2 /3 cup Wildtree’s Organic Ketchup ½ cup Wildtree Happenin’ Hot Pepper Jelly 1 In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, parsley, breadcrumbs, egg, and Rancher Steak Rub. 2 Shape mixture into 1-inch meatballs (will yield about 30 meatballs.)

3 Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Brown meatballs on all sides then transfer to a slow cooker.

Lisa Bayorek Team Leader Joined July 2013 Goose Creek, SC My non-GMO journey is what led me to Wildtree; I decided to take another healthy step for my family. I wanted to see what all the fuss about GMO’s was about.

I was shocked by what I learned; GMO’s are plants that produce insecticides grown in our food that we cannot wash off. I immediately did a pantry purge, took my boys shopping, and started sharing with everyone what I knew. I helped 20 families in my neighborhood go GMO free. I started teaching groups of people how to read labels and shop organic. I was already doing all of this when I discovered Wildtree.

I was absolutely delighted that I found something that could not only benefit my family and help my grocery bill, but now I could reach even more people. What an amazing blessing! Wildtree not only allows me to feel great about what I am feeding my own family, but it also allows me to share my passion for organic living at a practical level, and help other families make a smooth transition to a healthier lifestyle.

Doing something that I love and being able to make a fantastic income at the same time is a dream come true.

I love seeing all of my customers sharing Wildtree recipes and also GMO awareness information. The impact we have is immense and people are listening. Use coconut oil for baking, pan frying, and roasting. Coconut Oil is great for most cooking applications, just do not use it to deep fry; coconut oil has a lower smoke point of 350°F. 1 Do not use in cold applications either, it will solidify!

With some recipe modifications, coconut oil can be used in place of butter in many baking applications. It’s true!

¼ cup mayonnaise, light 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt 2 tablespoons water 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon Wildtree Garlic Galore Seasoning Blend 1 tablespoon Wildtree Spicy Chipotle Ranch 3 avocados ½ cup flour 2 eggs 1 ½ cups panko 2 teaspoons Wildtree Organic Coconut Oil, melted

Bowl 1: flour

Baked Avocado Fries

Bowl 2: crack eggs & beat

Bowl 3: combine panko and Organic Coconut Oil. Toss to coat breadcrumbs in oil.

1 In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, yogurt, water, Dijon mustard, Garlic Galore Seasoning Blend, and Spicy Chipotle Ranch.

2 Refrigerate until you are ready to serve.

3 Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on the sheet.

Set aside.

4 Slice avocados lengthwise.

5 Set up three bowls in an “assembly line”.

6 Dredge each avocado slice with the flour, patting excess flour off. Coat the floured slice in the beaten egg. Lastly, coat thoroughly with the coconut oil-coated panko and place on the wire rack.

7 Bake for 15 minutes or until panko is lightly browned.

8 Serve with prepared Chipotle Ranch dipping sauce.

1 pound ground turkey, lean 1 pound ground pork 1 package Wildtree Just Like Mom’s Meatloaf Mix 3 tablespoons Wildtree Greek Vinaigrette 2 eggs, slightly beaten ¼ cup skim milk Optional: 1 cup low fat Greek yogurt 1 tablespoon Wildtree Tzatziki Seasoning Blend ½ cucumber, seeded and grated Salt to taste 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. 2 Mix together the turkey, pork, Just Like Mom’s Meatloaf Mix, Greek Vinaigrette, eggs, and milk.

3 Shape the mixture into a loaf in a baking dish.

Buffalo Wings

1 pound chicken wings 1 tablespoon cornstarch Âź cup Wildtree Wing Sauce

1 Preheat an oven to 450°F. 2 Place all the chicken wings and the cornstarch in a large bowl.

Toss the chicken wings in the cornstarch for an even coating.

3 Line a baking sheet pan with foil and spray with nonstick oil spray.

4 Cook chicken wings on the middle rack for 20 minutes.

5 Turn chicken wings over and cook for an additional 30 minutes.

6 Toss with Wildtree Wing Sauce and serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese dressing.

1 Place the vegetables in the bottom of the slow cooker.

1 Preheat oven to 400°F. Prepare shells according to package directions.

4 Add spinach to a mixing bowl along with ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, egg, and 3 tablespoons Basil Pesto Sauce. In a separate bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and remaining 3 tablespoons Basil Pesto Sauce.

7 Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.

15 jumbo pasta shells 1 teaspoon Wildtree Natural Grapeseed Oil 5 ounce bag baby spinach 15 ounces fat free ricotta 1 ½ cups part skim mozzarella, shredded, divided

2 Heat the Natural Grapeseed Oil in a nonstick skillet and cook spinach until wilted.

5 Add half the sauce to the bottom of an 8x8-inch baking dish. Fill the shells with the ricotta filling and place on top of the sauce.

8 Remove foil and continue cooking for another 15 minutes more or until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly.

3 Remove from heat and cool slightly; coarsely chop.

1 Prepare pasta according to package directions.

Drain pasta and set aside.

Wildtree Gives Back NEW ORLEANS HABITAT FOR HUMANITY

With both our 2014 Leadership Conference and National Conference held in the beautiful city of New Orleans, Wildtree saw an opportunity to give back to a community that is still recovering almost eight years after Hurricane Katrina. Our representatives expressed their desire to not only attend our conferences, but also give back and be a part of our growing community outreach program, CommunityTree.

With that in mind, we partnered with New Orleans Habitat for Humanity. Habitat for Humanity is such an amazing organization with an equally amazing mission. So, for each of our conferences in New Orleans, we asked representatives attending to sacrifice an extra day away from their family and daily lives to help others in need.

Last January, at our Leadership Conference, we had 47 representatives volunteer an entire day, working side by side with new homeowner Charles Boehm to build his new home in the lower Ninth Ward. They worked on the base structure and flooring on the home. Although most walked away tired from a long day of hammering countless nails, lifting lumber, and clearing

dirt, everyone expressed how thankful they were to be able to help a family build their first home.

When our National Conference in July brought us back to New Orleans, we were once again overwhelmed with representatives asking if there would be an opportunity to work with Habitat for Humanity. This time we worked with the Williams family to begin the build of their new home. Our 53 volunteers braved the southern heat, taking refuge in the shade as they finished the base structure and flooring.

As we look towards 2015, our representatives are already planning to volunteer their time to those in need in Warwick, Rhode Island at our Leadership Conference, and in Milwaukee, Wisconsin at our National Conference.

Our Volunteer Days at our conferences are just one way we continue to support the efforts of our representatives through our outreach program.
